History: Steven was found in a remains of a barren battlefield that was said to be a War against Pirates and Marines. He was said to have lead the Assuslt head on in the beginning of Battle. He was a famed Navy Captain who had lead his followers to many victories in battle and had showed much Valor when it came to doing what was right in the name of justice. He didn't necessarily have the physical strength at his age, but the mental strength and will power made up for it. Steven was a young boy who simply loved life, he loved everything it stood for. Freedom, Free heartedness. He just loved to live. As much as he did, He wanted others to be able to enjoy life as much as he enjoyed it. So he joined the Marines to help stop Pirates from terrorizing everyone.

As Life before he was turned into a Cyborg. Steven lived with his Uncle. His Uncle was his idol. He told Steven War stories and battles for Justice that he took part in. He fought against Giants, Fishman, everything and everyone who wanted to do in-just things to others. Steven's Uncle taught him many forms of Combat as a child. How to wield a Shield, Swords, Battle Axe were his three main weapons of choice. And Steven picked up fast. Steven also was trained in the art of sniping. He could shoot a sparrow with an bow and arrow from about 4 miles away and hit in dead on. Although he didn't have physical strength at all due to his young age. Steven honed his fighting skills to the max, so that one day he might become a Great War hero like his Uncle. Steven's Uncle then slowly became a diabetic victim and sizer victim. Being 100 pounds over weight AND a Vegetable. Steven's Uncle couldn't properly take care of his Nephew. Steven couldn't afford to take care of his Uncles medical bill, so he joined the Marines to have them pay for his Uncles finances. The higher rank he got, the more he would get paid. Thus, the more care his Uncle would get. He now had two reasons to become a Marine. To save his sick Uncle, and to carry on his legacy.

Steven joined the Marines at age 9. He worked as a cabin boy on a Vice Admiral Neol's Ship. Steven showed great valor when it came to surprise attacks from Pirates, Sea King attacks, and re-seizing Pirate controlled Islands. After a few heroic deeds, he was promoted to Sargent. Steven then moved off the ship that he was currently on and moved under new management. The Ship of Vice Admiral Payne. Due to Payne's lust for battle. This Ship was in a battle almost every other day. This didn't Slow Steven down at all. Instead of showing ruthlessness toward Pirates like Payne did. He stood up to Payne once and stopped him from killing a Pirate who was begging for mercy and saying he didn't want to go down this road. Steven then left that ship after about 4 months and began working at Marine HQ. From hearing of his stand up to Payne and his previous battles. Steven was bumped up to Captain. As a Captain, Steven led out many Major Battles between Pirates and Marines. His talent reached even the highest of Ranking Marines. Steven then sadly died in a fearsome battle in Water 7 against Pirates to protect a New Developing Weapon of the World Government.

When Stevens body was found. He was found by the head scientist of the WDD (Weapon Developing Division). He picked Steven's body and turned him into a Transforming Cyborg Spy. He also put a memory wipe Chip inside Steven's robotic brain. So if he ever leaded the information that he had learned about his resurrection. He would be instantly memory wiped. Steven wasn't going to tell regardless. Steven was then officially the World Government's puppet. Used for Assassinations and Spy tactics. For the next 2 years Steven learned how to use his new found abilities. And intertwine them with his own Weaponry Abilities.

Personality:Steven has a very very strong since of Justice. And will not stand for Bullies or people boss others around just because they have the "right" in their own mind. Steven also is very loving towards those who show love towards others and towards him. Steven loves help people, even if its the most smallest of favors. Seeing the smile of some one he has helped fills him with utmost joy. Steven has a low tolerance for ignorance or stupidity. He's no Ernestine. But he's pretty wise on his own. Aside from the large history, math, and science drives that were implanted in his brain. His human side still knows a thing or two. Steven is an excellent Leader. And can make nearly anyone want to follow him into battle. He normally keeps his leadership skills aside for when their needed. Steven is a very serious young man. Even for his age, he's not immature like most 12 year olds. He knows when to joke and when to be serious. And isn't afraid to kill some one if he absolutely has too.

Ship: He can transform into a small speed boat like ship.

Ship Flag: A small Marine flag is on a rod on the right side of his foot when he's in Boat Mode.


Special Abilities: Excellent Swordsmanship, Excellent Shield Fighter, Excellent Battle Axe user, Can turn into a Boat and travel on and under water to up to 180 mph. He can lift 1,000 times his own weight.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):

Copy Mode: Steven will activate his clone mode and scan any person he can see with his Cyborg eye. Once he's seen them, he can put on a Clay like symptom that covers his entire Robotic body and it will feel like he is a real human being. The only thing that can get rid of the Clay is extreme heat.

Climb Mode: Steven will activate this mode when he has to scale buildings. His toenails and fingernails will become invincible metal blades that allow him to scale walls of any surface. (Molten Steel for a few moments)

The Breath Circles

The Breath Circles are Circles that are located in Steven's throat. He has 2 of them.

Normal

Smoke Screen

Smoke Screen: Steven will cough a huge black smog of smoke, causing complete loss of sight. (this last 4-5 post)

Weapons/Items: Thick Swords (Hidden in his arms), A Battle Axe (Hidden in his back),

Protonic Laser Cannon (He can sink his hand into his wrist and it will show a light bulb like circle in the middle. Think Megaman X's buster..But it does the damage the P-X lasers do.)

Goals: To Keep his Uncle Alive

Please, have some moderation with parts. He has too many different combat powers for the sake of balence.
