Everything has a start (her brother escapes also):

Rose was born into a family of 4 a brother and her parents. they werent the nicest people that was an understatement. she didnt like being at home they made her work at home and when she went to school she liked it and hung around afterwards hoping to stay as long as she could so she didnt have to go home but when she did go her father beat and berate her for it and and her mother didnt feed her though she didnt work her. she had little self confindence from then. her brother had no more better than her he worked in the town and all money went to her parents and they spent minimal on them. her parents were gluttons and were majorly overweight and rose and her brother were underweight and ate very little. one day when rose was 13 she saw a merchant ship which was the size of half the village combined roses brother since he was 12 and was underweight he was small and didnt take much space so she got a box with loose nails and said to her brother that this was a way out of this family, her brother argued with her that she should go but she told him that she would get off the island soon, little did she know she was actually right. she put the crate with her brother in a pile of boxes with the rest of the crates for the merchants the boat left that morning with her brother on board which gave her little happiness but it was short lived when he parents found out that her brother had gone they decided that rose and helped him run away.

it goes wrong:

Rose's happiness was shortlived because her parents decided that she was the one who helped her brother runaway. one day a slave crew crew was in harbour getting more supplies and kidnapping the people who lived their and asking for slaves to be sold and they would pay. when her parents heard that they were paying for the slaves that were being given they said to rose " i know you want to go so you can why dont you have a better life maybe they will be better to you than us." they then bound her arms and walked her down to the slave drivers gave her parents 50,000 for her. she was quickly pushed into the lines being put onto the ship she placed in a cage with some other pretty girls being used as special slaves they placed clothes and ordered her put them on they were 10X better than hers that she had on the time she put it on but she didnt know they wanted her to put it on so she was worth so much more because she was wearing such torn and tatty clothes which reduced her slave worth. she was fed minimal by the slave drivers but she didnt have to work yet because they said they had to keep the in condition before they sold them, they thought of the slave as nothing more than items to be sold for a profit. when they got to there first auction rose was the highlight apprently because they were paying more for younger women so they got 500,000 for her which made her happy when she was given to this guy she was treated no better.

travels and trading:

while rose traveled she was given a normal amount of food she was not happy though because she was worked lots and afterwards the captain raped her which was the main reason he payed for her. she was unhappy with this but she couldnt do much about it after about a year when she got to the age of 14 she was covered in bruises and cuts and many other injuries she was given a few days to rest while she was sent to another owner she had about 2 more each about as worse as the first but she was kept for long she had lost all self respect and did what she was told as soon as she was told. she had been sent to a slave auction because he master didnt want her anymore and she was waiting to get there hoping she wouldnt ever get there.

Personality: rose has no self confidence and no self respect. she is normally unhappy but she puts on a happy face because her master punished her for not being happy for what they gave her and told her she should be happy with it and harmed her or worse. rose is able to lots of labour and wont moan about doing it nor does she moan about the amount of food she is given because she could just be starved and worked to death. rose trys to take the time she can rest and even have fun as if it was the best time in her life because she didnt do much of that because she worked most of the time. she does all that is told to do and as soon as she can and will do as much as you want her to do and anything you want her to do.
