Appearance: Lockon is 6 feet tall and weights about 80 kilograms. He is well built thanks to his life time of training and would be considered quite handsome when compared to most guys. His hair used to be black in his youth but after his lab accident with explosives and explosive chemicals, was bleached and changed to dark gray. His hair is fairly messy, consisting of many short spikes that are diagonal to the floor, pointing downward, in the left side and rise up to become horizontal in the right side. His eyes are turquize color.
When it comes to clothing, Locon wears a blue open captain's coat with black lining that reaches his knees over a sleeve-less white shirt. The sleeves of the coat are short and are tucked under a set of bandages that cover his forearms. On his hands he wears a pair of fingerless black gloves. He wears a pair of black pants that are also tucked under bandages that caver his forelegs. On his feet he wears a pair of black combat boots. His pair of rocket launchers are usually strapped to his back, with the straps crossed over his chest, and his penknife is tucked in one of his pant's pockets. He has a tattoo of the Young Rebels sign, which is a smiling cannonball, on his left shoulder, that is visible when he takes his coat off. On his back he carries a small backpack in which he keeps his small grenade rockets.
History: Lockon was born on Centaurea island in the South Blue. Unfortunately for the boy, his poor parents, who were in no state for raising a baby, didn't plan for a baby to be born out of their night of partying and left him on the island a month after his birth. The only reason Lockon managed to survive was a local bar owner's kindness. The bar owner took Lockon in and cared for him out of pitty, until he could fend for himself. The island was under the steady control of the World Government. who demanded heavy taxes from the islanders so a defense could be maintained around the large island.
The bar owner had to survive, and the taxes didn't help the situation he was left in, so he made Lockon work in his bar to cover the costs of his caring. Lockon was only cleaning the floors in the beginning but soon enough became the head bar tender. As a young kid, Lockon was obviously a genius, memorizing the recipes of dozens of drinks down to the tiniest details, easily outsmarting all kids in his age group in whatever game they happened to play, showing excellent strategic plans. His brilliancy showed once again when he started balancing the bar's bills out of boredom, helping his old man survive the heavy taxes.
As a result of the heavy taxes, a rebelious group was formed on the island, led by a revolutionary man named Dip Gravey. Dip, realized that using kids would be much more effective than using adults since the government will look bad if it hurt kids. So he formed the Young Rebels, and recruited every young boy or girl who wished to join. Lockon, thanks to his amazing intelect and his depressing state, was immediately recruited. The rebelious group took small and careful actions, meant to irritate the government's control, like flying banners nad igniting fires in public areas. Lockon, thanks to his intelect and his past in mixing drinks, was taught how to make firecrackers that were used by the rebels, and was the head demolishionist of the group. He created his firsat launcher, Blaster, that was meant to fire his firecrackers.
After a few years of activity, Dip was executed by the government officers and the Rebels disbanded. The now 12 years old Lockon was left alone. He managed to fend for himself for several months until a second revolutionary group arrived on Centaurea. The revolutionary group was led by a famous revolutionary and it managed to clear Centaurea from the government's ccontrol. Lockon, who was depressed from his current life state and missed the days of action in the Young Rebels attempted to join the revolutionaries. The leader took the promising boy under his wing and the group sailed to it's next mission.
As a kid, Lockon was not aloud on the battlefield and was assigned to the laboratory, after his talent of 'making shit go boom' was discovered. He was pretty arrogant, sure he knew everything there is to know thanks to his amazing intelect, and the success raced to his head. He refused to listen to the head of the laboratory while he attempted to teach him and acted by his own standards, only to make a fatal mistake. In one of his days in the laboratory, Lockon tried to chew more than he could swallow and an accident occured. An explosion was caused and Lockon was fataly injured. Lockon was sent to the infirmary, where he was nursed by the head doctor and a girl only 3 years younger than him, Milla Comina. After about a week and a few weeks Lockon came back to his feet, with a new perspective on life. He realized he wasn't the center of the world and, though it took a lot of effort on his part, managed to change his ways after some time, becoming the warm and kind person he is today. He made friends with Milla, who was the only company he appreciated in the dull camp.
Lockon grew up and kept his training in the laboratory, studying new explosives and creating new gadgets every week. He was trained in firing and sharpshooting, prepared for his career in the front line a few years later. He created his second launcher and upgraded his first one, to make them both feared weapons. He used almost all of his time for studying and training, training and studying, desparate to learn as much as possible and cover his past mistakes.
After several years among the revolutionaries had passed, Milla and Lockon had both become full-fledged operatives, Lockon three years before Milla. They participated in takeovers of government offices as well as infiltrations, digging out any dirt they could on the government. However, one day their leader overextended the operation, and got detected by the marines in return. The leader was cornered in the city while Lockon and Milla looked on. The marine sergeant listed the commander's crimes, but he didn't flinch even as a hundred soldiers held him at gunpoint. His only response was a calm "Fuck you" and two raised middle fingers.
The marines shot him dead and the revolutionaries scattered, the camp abandoned within a day. Lockon, shocked by the loss of his second leader, saw the disbanding of the camp as treason. He realized that true believers of the revolutionary dream had to follow the leader's footsteps even after his death. Lockon and Milla decided to honor the bravery of their deceased leader, and formed the Twin Bird Pirates, because while they had been revolutionaries, they were now divorced from its hierarchy, and as independent dissidents, they were pirates. Lockon, as the senior became the captain, while Milla became the first mate. Their flag was drawn to represent their commander's sacrifice.
It has been a few months since that incident, and Lockon and Milla are currently searching for people who share their ideals.
Personality: When he was younger, before his accident in the explosives lab, Lockon used to be an arrogant, know it all snub. But, after having the truth exploding in his face, Lockon changed.
These days, Lockon holds his snubby side in a mental vault inside his head. In his mind, he pictures a long meeting table, where his older self is seeting in one end, wearing a business suit, while his younger self is sitting in the opposite end, chained to his sit. In this mental world, Lockon runs his thinking prossess as a mental dialog, his warm, kind and composed side is discussing whatever issue there is to consider with his younger, true self. His older self usually wins and Lockon manages to maintain his kind personality but whne the snubby side wins, Lockon will enter bursts of self-worshipness, bordering with evil.
His current self, the one that is exposed tot he world most of the time, is a sweet, warm, kind nice guy, with a strange soft spot for explosives, explosions, fire, flames and anything else that goes boom, who always considers other's opinions before acting. He is usually very composed, constantly analyzing his and other's actions, and can easily drift off into his own thoughts.
His halved personality is bordering a split personality condition, but varies from it in that Lockon's situation is easily controled since both of his sides usually wish for the same things to happen in the same ways.

Type: Effect: Special Abilities: Brilliant Mind: Lockon's IQ level is bordering the immposible. He is able to come up with superior tactical and strategical plans in a matter of seconds. He can use an extremely wide and colorful arsenal of military tactics from psychological warfare to about 500 effective ways to spread his forces around the battlefield. But perhaps his most useful skill that his brilliant mind gives him is a deep and complete understanding of mechanical, biological and social systems. With his understanding of these systems, Lockong can predict the moves of marine and pirate ships around the Blues, spot the weaknesses of his enemies and detect weak spots of structures like ships and building. He is able to from mental blueprints of structures and machines in his mind by simply looking at them, form a psychological profile of whoever he is talking to and pull other helpful stunts thanks to his brilliancy.
Sharpshooting Skills and Demolition Knowledge: From his years in both the Young Rebels and serving in the revolutionary army, Lockon accumulated a vast amount of knowledge considering explosives and demolition. He can identify most explosive materials by name and can create various bomb and explosives from next to nothing in a short time, like in his special rockets. He has also received a great deal of training in the field of sharpshooting and sniping. He can weild his rocket launchers and his revolver with skill, hitting targets 500 meters away with no more than a few seconds of aiming. His style of gunning needs less accuracy than other styles, thanks to the explosive range of his shots. He is also able to load his weapons relatively fast, needing only 20 second to reload all 6 rockets into one of his launchers. With the use of physics and vectors, Lockon can easily aim his rockets while taking the drop rate and distance into consideration.
Above Avarage Strength and Acrobatic Skills: Lockon is strong enough to weild his launchers' which are 4 foot long and are made of steel, without any drawbacks or negative effects. He is also able to pull off immpresive jumps while holding his weapons, reaching 4 meters above ground.
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25): Lock On: With his superior understanding of systems and his unrivaled IQ level, Lockon can spot the weakspots of almost every structure he sees, and use this information to destroy it more easily with his rockets. He can also spot the weaknesses of his opponents by analyzing their fighting style and patern, attempting to predict their moves.
Jet Form: The Jet Form is the most common fighting tactic used by Lockon, and is the source of his nickname, the Smokehopper. It focuses on offensive movement, allowing Lockon to move around the battlefield with great speed and in three dimensions, making him a harder target and giving him more attack options. It consists of techniques that are used to launch Lockon is certain directions, with great speed and force, for various effects.

*Rocket Jump: By jumping to a height higher than 2 meters and firing his Badaboom grenade downward, Lockon can propel himself several meters upwards at great speed with the use of the wind stream kickback, without getting hurt by the explosion. By using the Kickbacker grenades, higher jumps can be performed. With Lockon's great knowledge of physics and vectors, he can use this technique to reach most places with ease. This technique allows Lockon to move around the battlefield in an unpredictable way.
- Kamikaze Kick: By using a Rocket Jump to propel himself towards an opponent, Lockon can send a kick that is enpowered by the momentum given to him from the Rocket Jump, resulting in a powerful strike.
- Double Rocket Jump: While in midair, Lockon can use the natural kickback of his shots to propel himself in different directions by firing in the opposite direction he wants to move to.
- Rocket Rollercoaster: By firing his rockets in different directions and situations, Lockon can easily cover great distances with his jumps while causing damage to whatever his rockets manage to hit. With a total of 6 rockets loaded in both the launchers, plus the six who can be easily loaded in, he can fire twelve rockets without stepping on solid ground. The result is similar to Kamisori in effect with a Shock and Awe side effect of colleteral damage.
Tank Form: The Tank Form is a fighting tactic used by Lockon. Lockon tends to use it only when he is cornered or when he is forced to defend, but he'll still use in in any other situation he sees fit. It focuses on holding Lockon's ground while raining flaming doom on his targets. It consists of techniques that are used to atatck from long range and techniques that are used to protect Lockon from incoming attacks, helping him to hold his ground.

*Fortress Stance: Lockon will root his feet to the ground and aline both of his arms with his launchers. While he fires, Lockon will bend his elbows and shrug his shoulders to completely disable the effect of the kickback on his body, allowing him to bombard his opponent with as much rockets as he pleases without losing his ground.
- Ballistic Banana: With his skill in using his launchers, Lockon can fire his rockets in a way that'll make them curve in midair, allowing him to hit otherwise impossible to hit targets. This is used to allow Lockon to attack his opponent from different angles without moving.
- Catapult Strike: By firing a number of Manace rockets to the sky, Lockon can rain a respective amount of grenades, causing damage in a large area.
- Great Wall: By using his steel launchers, Lockon can block incoming attacks quite effectively. This can be used to block attacks as powerful as gunshots without significant damage to the launchers. If a melle attack was blocked, by firing the launchers, Lockon will make them heat up, causing light burns to his attacke'rs limbs.
- Windscreen: By firing a Kickbacker from both of his launchers, and aiming them so they'll colide in midair, Lockon can create a great wind stream that can knock cannonballs out of course. This is used to protect Lockon from incoming attacks that can't be blocked by the Great Wall technique.
- Firewall: By firing a A Bit Too Much grenade from both of his launchers, and aiming them so they'll colide in midair, Lockon can create an extremely powerful explosion that is cabale of reducing incoming cannonballs to dust. This is used to protect Lockon from incoming attacks that can't be blocked by the Windscreen technique.
Infantry Form: The Infantry Form is the most unused tactic in Lockon's arsenal. It is only used eitehr when Lockon is facing a friendly opponent (In training for example) Or when he is in the middle of the battlefield and out of ammo or missing his launchers. In this form Lockon will use his snubnose revolver, that is also a well equipped penknife, to fight in close range in a style that resembles that of modern soldiers. He will stab when close enough and fire when not, and even use his rockets as hand grenades if possible. This tactic focuses only on survival and utilitizes all of Lockon's tactical ability to achieve this goal.

Multi-Tool PenknifeCharacter Flaws: Perhaps the biggest flaw in Lockon's personality is his split personality condition. Although he holds his young side under control most of the time, he still owns two personalities who tend to argue between them. This costs Lockon in many sleepless nights and headaches.
Goals: Continue the legacy of the great revolutionary leader, fighting the fake justice of the World Government.
