| they fly at you, but its speed depends on the wind speed. Without wind they move slowly. | |

| they can still be manipulated to move towards the opponent, but otherwise, yea. They can be produced from the user, too. | |

| how about this, the user can shoot them or send them in to the air where they fall like normal ((if you run in to them you get cut)).... most longai allow the user to become ther element but lets limit it to the fingertips | |

| I said so yes, but no disipateing in to razor sakura, the fingertips are as far as the transformation goes ((normaly longia can disipate in to there element compleatly)) | |

| Actually the shards of the scatter scatter fruit are supposed to reflect the sun's light making them appear to be like cherry blossoms. I am not accusing you or anything. In fact you can use someone else's devil fruit legaly. I just wanted to point out a couple of similarities. | |
