Appearance: Has blue hair and light blue eyes. His height is 6'0 and weighs 201 pounds. His skin is Light colored while he himself is well built, has alot of muscles around his body showing just how physically fit he is. His outfit usually involves a thin Black coat covering his body, usually has Sun-Glasses covering his light Blue eyes. Has a blank serious look, has the same serious face all the time. There is no way to find out his emotions. He wears Blue pants if not Black. He wears black Soldier boots, and also has a tattoo of the world government flag on his left arm.

History: Born in a super-human project he was raised to work as an assassin and to be a master of Rokushiki. His skills were over developed as one and was considered the top of his class, this was at age 8. When he got towards age 10 he assassinated one of his friends in a test of skill. The winner would get a much better form of Rokushiki training. After his victory he was immediately escorted towards the new Tower, where he was trained as a future master in that form. By age 14 he had learned all 6 ways of Rokushiki, at that age he was sent into his first mission. He was to make sure a man wasnt killed by anyone on his travel to another island, along with the mans own personal body guards. After the mission was over the Bodyguards were all dead, leaving only the child and the men he was suppossed to protect alive, laying around the boat were arrows and unrecognized men whom were also dead. The Men he protected ended up being a prince, but refused to accept any help from the world government again, stating they were "Ruthless" and "Inhuman" when it came to missions. He stated the child could've protected all of his men if he wanted to, but chose to only protect the men he was assigned to protect. When the people asked the boy what happened a single tear was seen moving downwards his cheek, showing the only move towards compassion since he was 5. After that incident the boy grew up with a better reputation, people never new how he looked like after that day, but his actions were heard throughout the land. After a few incidents his name simply was known as "Light", The boy although allways with few words gave people a warm sensation that made it ok to trust him, At first glance you'd think he was a puppet of the Government, but he tries to find ways to accomplish his goals while making the priority of the people first. At age 20 he is a decently known individual who taught himself combinations of Rokushiki. He's the captain of an average marine ship with cannons and such. In the past, what made him change was seeing a Girl sneak in the boat, Seing her die made him realize how much of a monster he was. The girl ended up being the man he was supposed to protects daughter.

Personality:He has no notisable emotions, since he allways has the same face on, he does get shy around women since in his training there werent any females, it was sepperated by gender for obvious reasons. His Shyness is instantly shown when his face turns red, He speaks little words only saying important things, if asked how his day was he will say "Fine.." His interest in the people is very high, although he doesnt have emotions he tries to have the people as well as the mission finished. But if he has to choose the mission will allways go first. Light has no problem with killing anyone, in fact he was trained to kill if itll even slightly help, But he tries to contain it since the memory of the first mission was in his head. His only obvious Humanly Feature is his obsession with Flan, a delicacy to him. He once paid 5,000 belli for a small plate of it.

Rankyaku Shuriken: Sends Shurikens made of Rankyaku energy towards the oponent. He makes one kick and that comes out.
Shigan Bullet: Sends invisible Bullet like shigans towards the oponent, if it hits the oponent it will have the same effect as Shigan would have leaving a bullet wound.
Shigan Fire bullet: Sends a bullet like attack towards the oponent covered in fire.
Soru Geppo: Allows the user to run fast on the air by combining Geppo with Soru.
Rankyaku Barrage: Sends many Rankyaku at the enemy, one per swing of the leg.
Echo Shigan: His strongest technique, in this form his Hand gets the ability of the shigan to penetrate the body,leaving a hand sized bullet wound on the target. Its his personalized form of Shigan.

Oh i heard that usually Rokushiki users make up atleast one technique in Rokushiki, I just called it echo since it sounds cool lol I was gunna say rainbow but then i woulda had to say it with a straight face >.>, In case i have to explain the technique as well His hand becomes shigan, it cant be used in multiple swings its only one attack, and the hand doesnt stay inside.
