She wears dark black dress pants with high heels. Lucia has a slim figure lacking any strong mucsles which gives people the wrong impression.

History: Lucia was born on Sabaody Archipelago where her and mom lived in a state of luxary thanks to her dad being a pro boxer. She had everything a girl could want, but she was still lonely. Lucia had more dresses than most of her friends, and more dolls than a toy factory. Anything she could want could brought before in a matter of minutes. Her mom was a drunk who spent most of the days passed out on the couch and night partying at the clubs drunk, while her dad travel aboard across the grand line as a boxer. Madlin, Lucia's personal maid, took up the burden of becoming her "mother". Madlin would cook, bathe, dress, read to her at night, and helped her with her studies. Lucia became very close to Madlin looking at her as her real mom. Then one day her dad found out that someone had stolen the money from the house's safe. Lucia's mom knew that she had given the money to her secret lover. Knowing that she would lose everything if her husband found out about her affair, Lucia's mom blamed Madlin claiming that she was stealing from them. Madlin was fired without getting a word in. Lucia became very depressed and alone again. Her only dream was to have a Madlin back, but her father would never allow a thief back in the house. With that dream crushed Lucia could never believe in dreams again. Things only kept getting worse. Lucia at the age of 14 witnessed her dad getting knocked out in a 7 round match with his left being damaged beyond healing. Needless to say he couldn't box again. Her mom divorced her dad at 17 leaving him broke. Lucia's dad had to take out a loan with the local loan sharks in order to pay for his house. Then after failing to pay for debts, the mob took out his life. Lucia was taken by the mafia in order to pay his debt. At first they had her run numbers, but Don Apphico took a liking to her and her his woman at the age of 20. Lucia was again right back living in luxary, but this time she was greedy. Lucia wanted to be more than a prize to this pig. She soon started doing big tasks like collecting protection from the local vendors, smuggling illgeal supplies into port, and bribing government officals. Lucia loved this high life even though she had to do certain "favors" for her man. Lucia soon began getting tired of Don Apphico and this life of serving the family. She then found a devil fruit while bringing things into port seven years later. The sight of the fruit was enough to put a smile on her face. Lucia began thinking that she should start her own family with her as don. She ate the fruit and gained all of its power. At first Lucia hid her powers so that she could practice using them. Then when she finally mastered them Lucia killed Don Apphico in bed as he slept. Then Lucia killed all of his bodygaurds and made men, until the entire family was gone in a couple of days. She decided that becoming a pirate captain would suit her needs well, but first she need to build a reputation first. Lucia is now searching for a powerful to join.

Personality: Lucia is a person who holds respect and manners in high reguard. She is often very calm rarely losing composure even in the most stressful of situations. Lucia can be kind of a snob often prefering a cultured lifestyle with the love for the finer things in life. She likes to eat at the most expensive restaurants, shopping to buy the most finest of clothing, buying the most shiniest of jewelry, and relaxing at the spa. Lucia doesn't at the very least live or act like the typical pirate. She does not follow the pirate ideals or the pirate romance theme in finding adventure or one piece. Lucia only follows the life of piracy, because of the power and riches that come with the profession. To her men who dream are fools having no idea what the real world is like. Lucia also believes that military power is greater than the strength in people. The more weapons and manpower one posses the greater the chances of one's victory. Lucia tends to respect people with power, and those who are powerful. Nothing else can win her respect besides those two things. She also has a habit of calling of superiors "boss". She often show little to no reguard to those she refers to her subordinates. Lucia would even kill people who disrespect her or belittle her, despite her nonviolent behavior. Anything that would other wise compromise her plans or intergrity would anger Lucia. Lucia is also very manipulative person often using her beauty and body to get what she wants. She feels no remorse to the people that might get in the process. Her only concern is her goal to rise at the top.

4) Whiteout: Lucia releases smoke from her body cover an large area about 4 to 6 feet trapping anymore in her way into the cloud

5) Smoke Brick Fists: Lucia covers her fist with dense smoke that uses as boxing gloves

6) Whitescreen: Lucia releases a large amount from her body similar to whiteout expect that the smoke is used to cover her tracks and it is intangible not dense

7) Smoke Jackhammer: Lucia fires a rapid barrage of smoke fists toward her opponent like a gattling gun from her arm.
