History: Eicant Mere, the name with which he introduces himself, or Mr. E. , is a man that nobody knows about. He has appeared in many events in the world that have shaken the history of the world as well as some useless ones. His first appearance was marked in a newspaper fifty years ago. The newspaper was showing a picture of Jaya in which Eicant could be barely seen watching towards the sky. Apparently, he was randomly pictured. His second appearance was much more clear. The second picture of him could be seen in a wanted poster of an old pirate, before Gol. D. Roger, fourty years ago. Coincidentally, the man was looking towards the wanted pirate. Three days later, the wanted poster disappeared, though. Under strange circumstances the pirate was found dead and so there was no reason for the bounty to exist. The third appearance of Eicant was what shook the marines. It was thirty five years ago. The man was shown looking towards a pirate again with a high bounty. The pirate was also found murdered three days afterwards and the people who compared the cases of the pirate who was murdered ten years ago realised that Eicant was the common point. That marked the dangerous level of the man and made the marines give him a bounty of 10,000,000 beli because he was moving like a ghost and was suspected for murdering two pirates under certain circumstances something that seemed to be impossible.

For years, Eicant had gone missing. However, he was spotted again at Gol D. Roger's execution. An image of him looking at the pirate king while getting executed was taken and so the marines realised that the man existed after all and that his existence was not a coincidence. Since then, he was searched by the marines but yet nothing was found... However, three major events that shook the whole world marked the return of Eicant. Pictures of him appearing in the Shabody Archipelago War, Enies Lobby War and Atlantis War were taken and so everyone realised that he was not just a random man. Since the Atlantis War, he is being searched by the Government. Apparently, the mysterious man probably has secrets that only a few people know and he could mean help or trouble for the Government...

Personality: Eicant is a mysterious man. He does not like talking about himself and with others a lot but when he does he seems to be a friendly person. He is always seen thinking of something, although it is difficult to understand whether he is acting like he thinks or not because of the red and white bandages he has all over his face. Apparently, he is agoraphobic and as a result he is only moving with his face completely covered. If somebody has seen his face without wanting to, Eicant is willing to kill him in order to shut his mouth. Also, he does not like being asked for his eye. His eye, the only part of his body that can be seen was replaced with a mechanical eye because it was destroyed somewhere.

Also, Eicant likes secrecy. He likes working in secret. His existence bothered only a few people in the world up until now due to the fact that he did not want to. Despite the fact that he has participated in many illegal activities in his life, his name was always cleaned. As a result, nobody knows what he has in his mind until he does it and it is not known to anyone that he is a Devil Fruit user. Instead, he claims that his power is a form of martial arts.

Finally, something strange about him is that he likes cleaning. He is willing to clean anything and he dislikes dirt. He hates dirt and for this reason he wishes that he has eaten a Devil Fruit that would allow him to clean a place with its powers so that he would be able to clean any dirt he found easily.

Effect: The fruit's main ability is reversing. The user is able to reverse anything with its exact opposite in terms of amounts. Something cannot be reversed to a different materal. Examples of the reversing include:

• Kinetic Energy can be reversed. As a result fast things can turn slow and slow things can turn fast.

• Heat Energy can be reversed. As a result hot things can turn cold and cold things can turn hot. In this case, the degrees with more than 1 degrees turn into the same MINUS degrees and the opposite.

• Endurance can be reversed. As a result a frail defense can turn into a great defense at the opposite.

• The most dangerous ability of the fruit is that damage can also be reversed. As a result, the user can turn a mere pathetic attack into a fatal strike and a fatal strike into a mere pathetic attack. Moreover, this ability can be used on the user's body to reverse any damage taken to weak and so stop the pain by reducing it. However in fact the damage is not erased and is reversed to almost nothingness and so if the abilities are negated the body starts receives the damage at once, causing extreme pain to the user. Also, the time for the damage to be healed is the same even if it is reduced to nothingness and so it is a big risk to continuesly reversing damage.

Special Abilities:

• Reverse Psychology: Apparently, thanks to his Gyaku-Gyaku no Mi powers, Eicant shows his opponents that he is doing things easily. If he wants to run he walks slowly to reverse the speed and be able to walk dramatically fast. If he wants to defend himself he turns a very powerful attack into a very weak attack to avoid damage and he can reverse his endurance while being off-guard in order to take less damage from attacks. If he wants to strike an opponent, he is using only one of his fingers to perform a weak attack and he reverses the damage, making it a deadly blow. As a result, by looking at the way he deals with his enemies, he SEEMINGLY shows his opponents that he is doing things easily.

Techniques:

• Slow Walk: This is the technique that allows Eicant to move with extreme speeds while not tiring himself at all. While walking slowly originally, the man reverses the speed and so the slow walk turns into an extremely fast walk. This technique not only allows him to walk with high speeds but he is also showing his opponents that he can move extremely fast only with walking, destroying the confidence of his enemies.

• Frail Defense: This is the technique that allows Eicant to block attacks like they were nothing and while not tiring himself at all. While waiting for the attack to strike him with himself being off-guard, he reverses the frail defense with a great defense, blocking the attack. This technique not only allows him to defend himself from many attacks but he is also showing his opponents that he can defend very easily while being off-guard, destroying their confidence.

• Weak Finger: This is the simplest technique Eicant is using. He moves one of his fingers with no strength at all and strikes his opponents. As a result, the strength is reversed and the pathetic attack he previously performed turns into a very deadly blow, deadlier than Shigan. This technique is an ambush technique as it is shown to be very weak and without any cool effects at all, making the enemies take it like they can easily defend it, while in fact it is a deadly blow.

• Fast Move: This is the technique that allows Eicant to reduce the speed of his enemies to nothingness by reversing it from fast to slow. While the opponents are increasing their speed, the man reverses the speed, making the speed slow without the knowledge of the enemies. As a result, he can easily stop them as the more speed they put into their attacks, the slower they get.

• Great Guard: This is the technique that allows Eicant to reduce the endurance of his enemies to nothingness by reversing it from great to frail. While they are increasing their endurance, the man reverses the endurance, making their defense frail without their knowledge. As a result, he can easily strike them and the more they increase their endurance it is decreasing more.

• Strong Strike: This is the technique that allows Eicant to reduce the damage of the enemy attacks to nothingness by reversing it from extreme to pathetic. While they are putting more strength in their attacks, making them stronger, the man reverses the strength/damage, making their attacks pathetic without their knowledge. As a result, he can easily weaken them and the more strength they put into their attacks, the weaker they get.

• Blow Breath: Blow Breath is a dangerous technique of Eicant. The man is blowing air from his mouth slowly and uses his reverse powers to reverse the speed and the damage of the attack. As a result, the weak air that comes out of his mouth turns into an extremely fast and deadly wind current that can cause great damage to the enemies and pull them away with the strength of the wind.

• Trembling Tremor: Trembling Tremor is another dangerous technique of Eicant. The man stomps the ground with no strength and slowly. Afterwards, he reverses the speed and the strength, causing a swift tremor on the ground. The attack has also been show to have two other different variatons:

• Body Reverse: Body Reverse is a technique that Eicant is rarely using. He is calling it as his favorite technique. Apparently, the man is using his his Gyaku-Gyaku no Mi abilities to reverse the damage his body received. As a result, if he has received much damage, the damage reverses to little and if it is very great to nothingness. The disadvantage of the technique is that although he makes the damage disappear, it takes the same time for it to heal normally and if he is caught with sea-stone the ability is nullified, returning back the damage he originally had immediately and so taking the damage at once to the point that he can die.
