Capabilities: The Psy Psy fruit makes it possible for the user to learn psychic abilities by putting a larger percent of the users brain to work. The user untrained with the fruit can perform simple task like moving small objects with their mind. A user who masters the fruit can perform feats like Limited Mind Control controlling even the most powerful of opponents with enough concentration and willpower given by the user. The Mind Control is limited because depending on the victims willpower the time they are controlled can range anywhere from a few minutes to days.
