History: As a child of the age of 6. Scott always wanted to see the world. He's always dreamed of going out to sea on a dingy and visiting thousands of Islands. Every Day would be an adventure, no one would tell him what to do. No Laws, no boundaries, it'd be a Pirates life for him. Scott made a decision. If he were going to be a Pirate, he'd have to learn to live on his own. So Scott ran away from home and hitched a ride to a traveling fisherman's large ship. He then sailed around the world, working on the mans ship for the time being. After he did that for about 3 months. He stole all the mans hard earned Beli and took off.
Scott lived on the Island called Sangato Island for about 10 extra years after he left the fisherman's ship. He took up a sword fighting class so he could learn at least the basic's of Sword fighting. As he did so, he began to learn how to live and salvage for food. Scott lived off the Land and off other people as he stole there bread, home grown vegetables and fruit, and at times, even raided there clothing. Scott was happy with his life, he was becoming more and more pirate like each day! As he raided more houses from different Islands. He began telling people his name. "The one who robbed you, I'll leave my Dott! I am the Pirate, The one named Scott" Soon he began to get a small bounty on his head for the robberies he had been pulling off. He was even known to have banned together 20 men and lead them into a Marine Base and steal 500 million beli worth of equipment and swords! Scott didn't keep the mod together. As a matter a fact. They where all arrested. Scott went behind there back, concealed from the face and voice and told the Marines where to find everyone who was in the mob. When the Marines stormed their Hide out. They arrested every last one of the pirates, except there was nothing that they stole in the Hide Out. Scott had sold it all to buy a small ship! He escaped just barely, having to fight off 10 marines in a sword fight as he made his way to the dock.
Scott then sailed the seas for about 10 more years. Still continuing his voyage alone, being the Pirate he always wanted to be. Living out his dream. Stealing from whom ever he wanted and not caring about how it effected them. Scott now continues to sail the seas, looting people and causing all type of mayhem. Through one of his raidings, he came across an unknown fruit. When he walked into the bar with said fruit. The bar tender told him that it was a devil fruit and that he best eat it now or sell it. He asked how much could it be sold for. The Bar tender told him hundreds, maybe thousands of beli. With something so pricey, he was curious on how it tasted. Scott then at the Devil Fruit and became the Chop Chop Man. Scott found out about his new found powers when he was caught off guard by the same fishermen, who had became a failure and bankrupt. He attempted to slash Hysteria straight down the middle. When he did so, Hysteria screamed in horror but then calmed down quickly. He killed the man with ease and went off to harness his new found powers.
Personality: Scott is a "I dont give a damn" kind of guy. He has no since of justice, no since of respect towards anyone other then him self. He's extremely proud and never thinks lowly of him self. He loves to gain profit. Any kind what so ever. Whether its getting a new expensive sword. Or a measly trinket.Scott loves getting things of material value. Scott also is a very energetic man. He's rarely ever sitting down. He's always looking for something to steal. He doesn't like people who get in his way or tell him to do something. Hence why he hasn't gotten on a crew yet. Scott is a born leader, he has the ability to make ANYONE want to follow or work with him. Regardless of how powerful or how much the other person may out rank Hysteria. He can convince them. Scott is a smooth talker and very calm even in the most dangerous or life threatening situations. Scott isn't to fond of smart people or people who are smarter then he is. Scott is actually a very intelligent person. Although, those who seem to have a better understanding of life piss Scott off instantly. Scott is very street smart. He knows how to find trouble, and how to get out of it. How to avoid getting cornered. And how to corner some one with ease. Scott doesn't fear much of anything. Except getting arrested and sent to Impel Down.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25): Chop Chop Fist: Scott will fire off his fist detaching it from his arm sending it flying at a target or personal.
Chop Chop Windmill: Scott will jump into the air and begin rotating his lower half of his body at a high velocity.
Chop Chop Tornado: Scott will detach all his upper part of his body and lift an object or personal over head. He will then begin rapidly rotating his body, spinning the object or personal around. As he does so, he will raise his body higher and higher into the air. Thus, when they reach about 15 feet in the air (that's as high as he can go right now) Scott will let his opponent or object fall to the ground.
