Capabilities: Gives the user the ability to give and receive Information from the target, Must make Physical Contact with the Head. (Exp. Hand must be on the face for it to receive Information). This fruit does not take away information from the brain rather it only sees it, so the person will stay remembering the same things he did before the incident. If it is used to give Information from the mind of the user, the user will not lose anything rather put inside The head the information he wants. (This fruit is not made for Combat).
