Nickname: Disaster Master, Earned the nickname because there is always something that happens when he is around even if he wants something to happen or not, faith brings him into trouble every time leaving him not at peace at all.
These disasters are most of the time related to his combustion.

Appearance: Is fat (like Wario or blackbeard) and has a black captains coat. Wears a small fitting red jumpsuit revealing his elbows till his hands and knees till his feet. He has black hair like that of Usopp and black eyes. His nose is that of the same size and form of that of Vasco Shot from the black beard crew.
Lucky D. Luke wears a brown cowboy belt with empty balloons hanging on of different colors and at the left and right side there are brown pouches filled with more balloons. He also wears 1 eye goggle like that of Van Augur. He wears black boots like Zoro.
He also yells all the time to release pressure from the body.
History:
Being born on Friday the 13th on the 13th century after the Void History, this character had a unlucky childhood having accidents all the time and barely keep surviving since he was an infant. At the age of six he found a devil fruit on the grass and ate it. Not only was that the most disgusting thing he ever ate but Dr. Vegapunk also had stated the fact that it was the most disgusting devil fruit of all.
from that day on the constipation and diarrhea started. The boy had to go to the bathroom every 20 minutes till the age of 12. But since puberty started his body began to change into that of a chubby person (like black beard) in just 1 night. That morning at the end of his metamorphosis he had the biggest fart ever that it blown away the whole town.
Only 1 survivor: the cursed 12 year old boy, his family died and as for friends, he never did have any but still. West blue marine HQ is just on the other side of the Island, marines scouted the area but the only thing they found was a 12 year old boy with the body of a grown man crying and farting at the same time.
All marines who came close to the boy became unconscious because of the stench. When the boy saw that he became scared and fatigued but on that moment he farted so much and so hard that he flown to a neighbor Island just 20 km north and landed in the forest. When he became aware of his powers he started training and mastering his abilities. 1 year later he then decided to build a small boat and went out to the sea leaving the uninhabited Island behind only to crash into another huge pirate ship just after 10 minutes to be out on the sea. Just when Lucky D. Luke was about to drown the pirates grabbed him. It appeared to be the ship of the Big Bang Pirates. (NPC)
As for gratitude of saving him they wanted him as a slave on board the ship. Luck D. Luke refused and started fighting with the pirates using his devil fruit abilities, even so he stood no chance against the experienced and famous pirates. The captain Jerry Baggins who was observing the situation started to have a liking into Lucky D. Luke and decided to take him under his wing. He thought Lucky D. Luke everything about explosives and mechanisms. He finally found happiness and joy. At the age of 18 while Luck D. Luke started to become an adult another metamorphosis happened, this time he was releasing toxic and the crew couldn't stand it even with the gas masks and suits the acid was tearing it apart.
Sadly they were forced to leave him behind on a Island with some wealth and a vibre card and continued their own voyage after bidding each other farewell. He then decided to buy his own ship and with all the knowledge he received setting out to the sea once more as an independent pirate.
Personality:
A little like Buggy personality who always has bad luck and good luck at the same time. Cries every night to sleep and not satisfied with the quality lifestyle based on happiness and health.
Wealth and treasures are not of importance since the basics are provided. Yells all the time to release pressure on the body. Is always loud and yelling even during normal and peaceful conversations.

Puffing Skunk. It has a combustion engine driven by gas from the stored gas in the gas tank of the ship that comes from all the bathroom breaks Lucky D. Luke has to take and storing up.

Cons: Some techniques have backfire. Must go to the bathroom frequently. Can't swim.

Is a master of creating bombs and other explosives due to a great knowledge and understanding of combustion.
Can smell all creatures, knowing their location from 100 kilometers away and recognizing the species based on amount of gas and body aura. Also can take lots of blows (like black beard) because of the boiling gasses inside the body.
Both are passive abilities of anticipation and survivability.
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25): Sword techniques, Devil fruit moves, rokushiki, anything special move wise
1. He He no Rocketo. Launches with speed and ferocity to the enemy thanks to a big fart.
2. He He no Cloud. Farts in the designated area and lowers the enemies senses. example (watery eyes/taste and smell not functioning correct) Could also have a fog effect which is good for surprise attacks or escaping.
3. He He no Fuusen. All the gas in the body gets converted into helium which gives the user the ability to float. (also when attacked has a bouncing effect but Fuusen will be negated)
4. He He no Grenade. By blowing/burping/farting into balloons explosive gas is formed inside and when trowed at the enemy it will explode.
5. He He no Senpu. By spinning on his head (like a break dancer) while farting the user can create gas whirlwinds. This whirlwind is highly flame able and the enemy is stuck in there during its duration of 1 minutes.
6. He He no DieNoMight. By grabbing a match and igniting it in front of his ass he creates a spurt of fire towards the enemy.
7. He He no Sukanku. The user shoots out a gas/wind of high ferocity in the form of a skunk towards the target.
8. He He no Luck. Strapping himself with balloons filled with explosive gasses and then shooting towards the enemy igniting in pointblank range. Causing the user itself also damage but only 50% less then the enemy. Only the luckiest ones keep standing.
9. He He no Atomic. In this mode the user is letting all the explosive atoms in his body racing making the body turn green. All the attributes and techniques have now increased by 1 step.
10. He He no Atomic Missile. Launches with extremely high speed and ferocity to the enemy thanks to a fart with a great force.
11. He He no Atomic Radiation. Farts toxic gas with huge force in the designated area and lowers the enemies senses and gets them intoxicated.
12. He He no Atomic Fuuken. All the gas in the body is increased in an instant causing to create bigger body parts for 5 seconds.
13. He He no Atomic Grenade. By blowing/burping/farting into balloons atomic gas is formed inside and when launched at the enemy it will explode leaving also a radiation cloud behind.
14. He He no Atomic Tatsumaki. By farting with high force the gas wind races trough the area in the form of a tornado.
15. He He no Atomic DieNoMight. By concentrating on the racing atoms inside his body it can cause a combustion without the need of a match. The force which the fire shoots out from is so strong that even the user gets 50% damaged.
16. He He no Atomic Sukanku. The user shoots out toxic radiation of high ferocity in the form of a skunk towards the target.
17. He He no Atomic Bomb. As a last resort the user is willing to put so much strain on his body to end up hospitalized for a week. For this technique the user actually needs to charge up for 20 seconds while holding still during combat. The atomic gasses are starting to build up so much force that when the technique is ready gas escapes from all holes and shoots out flames, the attack releases in a form of a giant mushroom cloud in a area of 5 km2, everything within that area gets destroyed.
