Appearance: A handsome man with a goatee and short black hair, He is about 6'2 and very thin. He wears a black fedora with a red rose tucked in, A white silk shirt, and fine black leather pants, boots and gloves. He carries around a rapier on his waist as well as a pistol. He has 3 rings on his right hand and 2 on his left, each made of gold. His Right Ear is pierced with 3 gold studs. He has a scar on the back of his neck in the form of an X.

History: Romeo came from the streets, poor and a thief. He was very polite to most, but he would steal from them later. He has been called a pervert and Thief, but he has not ever been captured. He does not really know his parents or anything, he was raised by a greedy shopkeeper who used him to steal for him until he was almost caught and used him as a scapegoat. Romeo had to leave and hid on board a merchant trading ship and got off on the next island. He was only at the age of ten, and was living by himself. He still kept on stealing since he did not know what else to do. He also learned that being charming and graceful to ladies his age or younger who belonged to wealthier parents were idiots, even if they had education. He obtained a few things like food, gold and even a rapier which he trained with 'til it broke and he had to "borrow" a new one. He sold most of the things he stole, keeping important survival gear like the rapier he stole or maps of certain islands.
When he hit 18, he would jump island to island to survive, and that jumping was what turned him to piracy. He gathered any person he could befriend to make a crew. He sails the ocean taking any opportunity for money, booze and ladies. He deploys cheap tricks within his crew like sailing with a marine flag and outfits (Which they stole), destroying the bottoms of other ships, lighting villages on fire, and booby-trapping any place they leave.
Later on, He ditched his crew and made to the Grand Line on his own. He wanders around and is proclaimed Dead in the eyes of the world unless they meet him. He survives on the ransacked goods of other ships for survival and to fill his lust for money.

Personality: A sly man with Some to no honor at all. He is a pervert at sometimes, and a gentlemen the next. He speaks with a slight Italian accent. He is a fierce man with quick reflexes and the will to live through every stone that could ever be pelted at him. But when boulders get chucked and defeat is certain, he will escape to survive another day. He likes Gold, Fine Food, Gorgeous Girls, and Roses.

Black Thorn Spin: Romeo spins in a circle with his rapier sticking out, Injuring any in it's radius.
Blood Rose Garden: Romeo charges in while anything in his way gets slashed.
Silver Mallet Kick: Delivers a swift kick to the "Family Vault"
Blue Moon Lunge: Romeo Lunges Forward and tries to stab his opponent.
Midnight Stab: Romeo Picks up a sharp object lying around and stabs his opponent in the back.
Awesome Escape Plan Alpha!: Throw sand in the enemy's eyes and run like hell away from him.
Poison Mushroom Vault: Uses his rapier to Vault onto the enemies face with both feet.
Coin Flip Kick: Flip in mid-air and landing on the opponent with leg outstretched.
Pearl Torpedo: (Underwater to ship/land) Romeo spins around underwater with both hands on his rapier. His spinning causes him to form a twister which launches him out of the water and on his opponent.
Dance of the Roses: Romeo uses a form of dancing to graceful dodge weaker opponents attacks followed by a kick or stab/slash from his rapier.
Head Turner: Romeo jumps on the opponents head and grasps on with his legs sitting in a squatting position on the opponents sholders. He then jerks his legs violently, attempting to snap the opponents neck.
White Rose Blast: Romeo uses his Rapier and swings it with a powerful swing that can drain lots of energy. The Surrounding air is so fast it can dent steel at Romeo's current level.
