Effect: The Chen Chen no Mi causes the user to become a chain man. The user can create chains from anywhere on their body. The user can also absorb the chains back into their body. This can be used to make it so that the chain will become a loop originating from the users body. The chains created can have their shape weight and hardness changed by the user. Users can even create a spiked chain or have a blade at the end of the created chain. The user is also able to control the chains as if they were their own limbs. Moving the chains around objects wrapping them around opponents, and using them to lift or pull opponents or themselves.

0% Cannot use power at all
10% The user can project basic Iron chains from their hands. The maximum length of the chains is 5 meters. No control is offered to the chain, it cannot move on its own.
20% The user can now create the chains from anywhere on their body. The user can also take the chains they create back into their body. This can be used to create loops. The chains can be sucked back into the body rapidly, causing the loops to shrink. The chains are sucked back into the body at the same strength the user has.
30% The user can now harden the chains to become steel and cause his chains to grow spikes. Because of this the user also gets a 10% bonus to endurance because they can harden their skin.
40% The user can now create chains that are 20 meters in length. The user also gains some control over the chains they create. They can only move one of their created chains at a time. They can cause the chain to wrap around objects.
50% The user can now has control over 2 chains at the same time. The level of control also increases so the user can now lift objects at their own strength through the chain.
60% The user can now create a blade at the end of any of the chains they create. The user also gains the ability to wrap a chain entirely around their body giving them a 20% boost to endurance and a 5% reduction in speed.
70% The user can now control 4 chains at the same time. The user also gains additional control over their chains giving them the ability to twist and move around objects. The maximum length of the chains is increased to 50 m.
80% The user can now sense things through the his chains giving the ability to control the chains even if the user cannot see them from their body.
90% The user can now control 8 chains. The maximum length of the chains is increased to 100 m. The user also gains full control over the created chains. They can move them in any way they imagine. The chains also become as hard as Sea stone ( With none of the properties of Sea Stone except for it's hardness).
100% The chains gain a level of sentience. They can act on their own without guidance from the user. The user can still control the chains or can allow them to do what they want. The chains gain a skill and tactical intelligence equal to the user spread evenly through the number of chains. So one chain will have all of the skill and tactical intelligence of the user, but two chains would have 50% of the stats, 3 chains would have 33%, and so on and so forth.
