Capabilities: This devilfruit allowes the user to generate perfume in the form of liquid from every part of his body. The perfume can make the opponent sleepy, itchy, sick( head-ache, stomach-ache...), aggresive, hot, cold, make his skin burn and blurry vission. The perfume can alo be poisonous or just normal perfume that makes you smell nice. That the perfume takes effect the perfume has to be on the opponent and it wears off after 1 hour( completely) but it gets weaker by the minute. It can be used on more opponents then one. its radius is 10 meters. Its weakness is that it can be washed off by water and burned by fire.

Does the perfume effect people only once the liquid touches their skin?

Yes and if they wash it off it dosen't work.
