Appearance: Stands at 6'3, with a normal, slightly athletic build, except from bizarely long, blocky, thick arms which are obviously not his orginal arms. Has metal jaw and strange goggle lense-like eyes, has short, spiked, closely cropped pink hair, caussian/white skin. Usually seen wearing the typical doctors long sleeved coat, but with the 'Justice' kanji on the back, a pair of sensible shoes, yellow rubber gloves, a simple yellow long sleeved shirt, and some black pinstripped trousers.

History: Ioric was originaly a simple village doctor five years ago, that charged outrageous prices for any of his services, from mere check ups to brain surgery, until one fateful day where his home was raided by bandits, as well as the whole village. He attempted to stop the pirates that stole all his valubles, but was easily captured by them and for their amusement, they hacked his arms apart, and fired a cannon at him after draging him on shore and tying his legs together. While he was near death, a ship of the marines showed up, and the two sailing crews had a violent battle that led to the pirates fleeing for their lives and the marines losing their trail. They then took survivours, Ioric among them, back to Marineford for treatment. Ioric was miraciolously treated on ship, just enough to keep him alive for the whole journey till they got him to Marinford's hospital to be properly treated, though many others that were rescued died of their injuries. As his life was saved in Marineford, bed-ridden, seething with hate and miserable, a goverment scientist offered to turn him into a Cyborg, as long as he promised to work as an ensign and a doctor for the marines. Ioric of course gladly accepted, and as he was tooken away for the secret experiment, being kept in the lab for a whole year for his 're-birth' and training to learn how to control his new body, as well as basic marine training, Ioric emerged as Medical Cyborg, with almost instant promotion to Ensign as the scientist signed him up with the marines, having a few goverment officals pull some strings for his postion. Ever since, he worked for the marines constantly both of his comanding role and of his medical skills, hoping to finally find the crew who caused him pain, and to obtain his own fortune along the way.

Personality: A stingy, greedy, and chronicaly tight-fisted who would love nothing more than to hoard his own pile treasure, and has a habit of usually sneaking away valubles to his cabain to avoid it being claimed by the navy or equally shared. Ironicly, he is also quite the hypocondriact, and fears even the slightest sniffle or the most miniscule sneeze, and as a result usually is obsessed with cleanliness and will stop at nothing to cure what ever illness there is in his pressence. He also seems to hold a grudge against pirates after they stole his old hoard of valubles before blowing him up in his own home, which is fairly reasonable. He also occasionly has a habit of making snide comments about his fellow marines.

Special Abilities: As a medical cyborg, has various medical tools and medicines conceled in his body, mostly in his arms. also has x-ray and microscopic vision from his eyes, as well as a body with metal plating in various areas of his body, except from between his waist and knees. He has rolleblades built in and conceled in his feet, a gatling gun conceled in the stomache area, a laser conceled in his back, which fires a straight beam that burns usually burns through what ever it comes in contact with until it over heats (cooldown is 3 posts) and his tounge can transform into a chainsaw. Has knowledge and experience in various medical practises such as surgery and x-ray scanning, and is proficent at using his built in weapons. He also has some experience in boxing.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25): Cyborg weapons: Gatling Gut: Ioric reveals his concealed gatling gun and fires rapidly at the enemy. Backwards Beam: Ioric fires his laser beam from his back, heading in a straight line backwards. Leathal Lick: Ioric unhinges his jaw and converts his tounge into a chainsaw and attacks his opponent in close range.

Weapons/Items: Various medicines and medical apperatus built into his body, such as scalpels and injection needles. Gatling gun, lazer, rollerbaldes, and chainsaw also built into his body.

Goals: To get revenge on the pirates that almost killed him and stole his money, and to get a new hoard of treasure
