Appearance: He has long black hair going down to his neck and dark green eyes and, of course, a saw nose. He is 7’1 and weighs 260 pounds. He is a dark blue shade and has extremely muscular, shell like skin that gives him a sort of protection. He wears an open bowling shirt exposing his skin, cutoff cacky pants (now shorts) and sandels. He keeps his axe on his back.
History: He was born on Fishman Island and never knew his parents. When he was 5, he found an axe in a store front. He stole it and found that it was extremely light. He also found it had a strange power. He could make OTHER things very light or very heavy. As he grew older and learned more, he made the assumption that it must control gravity. After experimenting with gravity, he decided he wanted to pursue a carrier as a scientist. He presented many inventions to the government, all of which benefited them greatly, but because of the racism against fish men, he was given credit for none of them. Seeking revenge, he became a pirate at age 20 to fight the government. He became a sign of why the world government said that fish men were bad. Seeing what he had done, he went back to his hometown to study medical work. After that, the navy started frequent attacks on the island, causing him to have to guard the island and forget his studies. Studying in his spare time, he finally finished and became a certified doctor. Turning his full attention to the World Government, he decided he needed a crew, it was killing time. After this, while on and island near his home, he was recruited by Namor Oceanus. Very soon after, they were attacked by slavers who were attempting to capture the giant fishman Bruce. The crew fought them off and then eventually, Namor punched a World Noble. Almost on que, and Admiral came and fought Namor, who held his own against Nishki. After this, they took a vacation on Barano island, where Namor was made a Shikibuki. After this, they sailed to Fishman island once again. During a battle to save the fishman dojo, a man Anchor broke Nejin's axe. Nejin then took the top of his axe and beheaded Devon, another fishman they were fighting. This is where he is now.
Personality: The world government shows him as a monster, a cold blooded killer, and someone who needs to be stopped… this is entirely false. He is a light hearted, optimistic, fun person. He is very humorous. Of course, unless he really gets into something, hes not really motivated. He likes walks, swimming, sleeping and music (especially on the flute). He hate racism, The World Government and seeing his people being hurt. He has an IQ of 138, and has amazing medical knowledge. He is also a great inventor and is good with electricity, mechanics and materials in general.
