Looks: Cero is 5'11 and 200 pounds. Cero has blonde hair and wears a Red Exosuit.

Personality: Cero acts like a badass on the exterior. However deep down he is a nice cyborg that saves people who need saving. He is very confused and has many questions.

History: Cero is a highly advanced and powerful cyborg created by Doctor Vegapunk. Cero was originally built as a weapon of the World Government. However he turned on them and killed all the scientists in the lab. Doctor Vegapunk was on a coffee break so he survived. He escaped. From then on, he was on his own. He had ventured on many adventures. He helped people who needed help. He was confused and trying to find out who he was, and what his purpose. He began questioning his reality. He wanted to know who the good and bad guys were.

Ship: None - He uses his built in jets to go from Island to Island.

Skills/Abilities:
SuperHuman Strength: 900 Dourikis
Jets: Cero has built in Jets that allow him to jump really high, 'fly'. Similar to Jet Dial. Cero's version of Geppou.
Speed: Cero has above average base running and reaction speed for a Cyborg. Cero's version of Soru.
Armor: Cero has an Exosuit that completely and absolutely protects his body from Elemental, Darkness, Energy, Technical, Laser, Plasma, Light, electricity, fire, ice, heat, water, explosions, etc and most non-physical attacks. His weakness is physical attacks(especially blunt ones) and raw force.
Immunity to poison: Cero is immune to things like and similar to poison because 1. He is a cyborg 2. He has a thing around his nose, so he doesn't need to breathe outside air.

Weapons/Items: Built in-Machine Gun, Shinsou (Customized Katana).
Techniques List:
1)Open Fire! - Fires the Built-in Machine Gun on his Left Arm.
2)Shoot to kill, Shinsou - Shinsou stretches at a super-fast speed to impale a target.
3)Mega Punch - Cero launches a pretty nasty punch at the opponent.
4)Mega Kick - Delivers a pretty strong kick to the enemy.
5)Ultimate Combo - Rams a devestating punch to the stomach or gut of the enemy, then follows up with a intense uppercut to send the opponent flying.
6)Skull Bash - Cero uses his jets to soar head first into an enemy.
7)Shoot em' dead, Shinsou - Cero grabs an opponent by the throat and lifts them into the air with one hand, as if it do a choke slam. Then with the other hand plants Shinsou right next to a vital Point or Organ such as Liver, Kidneys, Heart, Lungs, etc. Then Shinsou stretches at point-blank range, piercing and impaling that organ or vital point.
8)Game Over! - Cero grabs an opponent by the throat and lifts them into the air with one hand, as if it to do a choke slam. Then with the other hand plants his left hand's Built-in Machine gun at point-blank range of the enemy's face and fires it: Point-Blank. Warning: This move can be pretty painful.
9)Jean Claude Van Damme Ultra Super Ultimate Megaton Kick - Taishi focuses all of his energy into his feet to perform the greatest and most powerful kick in history.

Zero from Megaman X..... almost exactly ((Also Megaman is to far in the future for one piece Kuma can shoot beams because but that is for a totally different reason so don't bother pinioning him out because any char based of Kuma is to cheap for the site, and stop stealing chars from other anime and video-games))

((Its not based off megaman, he is just a cyborg created by Dr. Vegapunk. Well actually it's not really cheap at all. If you bother to pay attention to detail. Sword for example is not really all that different then a Katana that can cut through steel. That cannon is not really as destructive as you think. It's only a bit stronger than a One Piece Shotgun. It's not super cheap like Kuma's laser beams. It won't cause explosions or shockwaves or w/e. Please don't assume it.))

I believe its not too much of a stretch considering Kuma can shoot laser beams. Don't go saying that Kuma is cheap and not to base it off him. I am not basing it on anybody! I am just saying that it is "Possible".
Cyborg is a legal race. Since One Piece can use laser technology. It's not too much of a stretch that my guy can use this technology, though on a much smaller scale.

I notice that some of your moves are combos..... can these be broken?

What do you mean by broken?

If you mean can they be avoided or blocked, the answer is anything's possible. The enemy will need to come up with a reasonable way to avoid it or block it.

I mean combo breaking, for example, after the first or second hit of a combo the victim dose something to avoid, block or counter attack / counter act the hit ending the combo...

Yes of course they can break it. Absolutely. If the combo is successfully execute and it hits then it should be pretty painful, but its quite possibly to dodge it, block it, counter it, combo break, etc.

The Armor has a technology similar to Sky Islands in a way. It absorbs elemental type attacks IE: Darkness, instead of physical ones. The Armor gives him about as much protection from physical attacks as steel, nothing more. If his armor gets damage, his elemental absorbtion thing will temporarily malfunction until he gets his suit repaired. Though his armor can only be damaged by a physical attack.
