Name: Mephisto's Flute Appearance: A black and white flute with a skull on the front. The skull can be pulled out as a staff. Abilities: Whoever hears the music played from it goes into a state where the one who played it can make any illusion with the victim's mind. The illusions are like how Brook uses magic the song that is played make the one who hears it believe what they hear. It sends soundwaves to the victim's brain making them imagine the tune's story.

there is no scientific reasoning for this and no canon fruit exists in one piece that lets you do this.

make any illusion? This is still unexplainable, how does it do this? What allows it to make the illusions or what not?
