His hair is a crimson red, it is long and goes past his shoulders and down to arm pit length, it is spiked up in the back in a few places, his bangs go just past his nose. He is fairly musical but you wouldn’t tell thanks to his slim build. He stands about 5 foot 8 and weighs 145 pounds. He wears a semi tight black tank top with his jolly roger on the back of it. He also wears a variety of different pants. He prefers light long pants, or jean shorts that are frayed at the bottom or have holes in them. Sometimes he will be seen with a nice brown hide jacket on that has fur around the collar and some decorative feathers just past the shoulders, the bottom also has some nice fur on it, it goes down to his ankles. Other times he may be seen with his light white sleeping pants on and a green vest on. He also wears an eye patch over his left eye, hiding his one red eye. His has his right eye a light blue. He wear a white bandana in the form of a head band, it has his jolly roger on it.
History:
Red lived by himself with his mother and father, he was an only child. The place he grew up on was small, with all kinds of weather. Even thought it was a blank desert like area it has freezing cold temperatures. It as ice cold during the nice and scorching hot during the day. One day they had some visiting pirates, rather mean ones at that. They stopped by at their bar and demanded to have everything. They got it through threats, but Red the child he was at the time saw a shiny golden box in a white silk bag. He snuck his hand into it and pulled out an oddly colored fruit and blinked at it before taking a bite out of it and gagging. But of course this caused the pirates to snap their heads around and glare at him before flipping out and pulling their weapons to him. Reds mother jumped in front and took the attack, dying for her son. This caused Red to absolutely snap. It unleashed his full powers and he literally shattered them into pieces when they stepped closer to him and his mother which he held in his arms. After the incident he blacked out and went into a coma for several months before waking up with one eye red and seemingly cold. It took him and his father to recuperate from what happened. Of course though, Red listened to her last words, “Remember to be a good boy.” Her words basically drilled in his head. From that day forth he was always good, never doing anything mean, and when a violent act was made it was for a fairly good reason. But he also never turned down a fight as the pirates were also hammered deep inside his head, he wanted to be nothing like them, he wanted to be stronger and nicer. So after several years of his training he finally left home and wanted to become a pirate. His goal was to be the pirate king, just like his mothers old wish to become the queen. He would grow his crew until they were to the top and the strongest they could be.
Personality:
Red is a nice young man. He is fairly childish though. He runs around but actually cares for peoples feels, and feels deeply about his crew members. He helps almost anyone who will need his help. Red will usually never turn down anyone’s request.
Red goes through a mood change. When angered or stressed he becomes much more serious and angry looking. He usually gives no mercy and snaps, and holds nothing back. He takes his eye patch off exposing his red eye and takes his bobby pins out along with taking his jacket off if he has it on. Red looks like he has no emotions or regret for anything.

Devil Fruit: Hie Hie no Mi (Ice-Ice Fruit)

effect: To create and fully control ice. Red’s ice is the color, crimson. Although Red doesn’t have full control of it so it has some deadly after effects depending on his level of attack.
Special Abilities:
Martial Arts: He knew a few martial arts, with weapon training, although he is best at agility and speed. Some say they cant see him, but hes actually not the fastest guy around, its just a quick 2 minute fight because people don’t know how to fight.
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
Segunda Etapa (Second Step): Red has something similar to luffys second gear, but his is slightly different. Red slows his blood down by gradually slowing his heart rate to a nice slow pace, cooling down his blood making it go slower. This allows his to attack more intensively without losing much stamina or getting winded. It also makes his blood clot faster so he doesn’t bleed out as much because it’s moving so slowly, he also slows down his brain slightly, blocking everything out but battle, making it easier on himself. In this form his attacks become slightly more powerful. It does have a long term effect though, after use it shortens his life span by ever so slightly reducing his vine sizes. You know hes in this when a mist comes off of him. Takes a while to melt to melt even from fire.
Ultima Etapa (Final Step): Red has another thing similar to Luffys third gear, but again its slightly different. He lowers his body temperature to nearly –40 (I know its unsafe for a normal human but he ate a devil fruit so hes able to withstand it.). This allows him to create, harder thicker, colder ice attacks then ever before. This is rarely used because after use causes him to go 1 back into child form for as long as hes in it, 2 slowly kill him, faster, by damaging his body thanks to he cold. This form makes almost everything stronger, speed, endurance and everything else like that. You know hes in this when you see red marks on his body that seem to glow red and seemingly move, but its actually the crimson ice reflecting all types of light and when he walks you see the ground freezing underneath his feet, or better yet almost any object he touches. Every ice attack becomes unmeltable by fire and takes a lot of force to break. It leaves scars on his body after. The scars look much like the markings that appear, but they look more like cracks in his skin so he covers it up, it’s a sign that the devil fruit is consuming his body.
Hie Hie No Ha (Ice Ice blade): Red can create ice blades on his body that is harder than steel and as sharp as it. He can change the size and positions of the blades. He can also break the ice off and use it as a weapon.
Hie Hie No Nami (Ice Ice Wave): Red smashes a hands against the ground sending a large wave of ice, almost as big as a tidal wave (in Ultima Etapa) and as big as an average surfer’s wave, in front of him. The ice freezes anything in its way and leaves large ice spikes behind.
Hie Hie No Ken (Ice Ice Sword): Red creates a bladed weapon out of pure ice. The blade has the ability to freeze whatever it touches, 5cm for normal, 10 for segunda, and 45cm for ultima. The ice is as hard, as or harder than steel. He can create more blades in an instant, in any direction around him as long as there is room for it. He can send these weapons flying forward without even having to touch them. But they can only be sent in a straight line.
Hie Hie No Bimu (Ice Ice Beam): Red can shot beams of ice that can freeze buildings, and even water. It makes water stable to stand on by freezing it about 7 meters deep, and a mile long, and can make other substances more fragile. It also lowers the temperature of air. It may even freeze fire from time to time. It can also be used to make it snow by shooting it up into the clouds. When used against a foe it can freeze them different on different levels depending on his etapa. It can freeze up to 20cm round in normal, 45 in segunda and 65 in ultima
Hie Hie No Ikari (Ice Ice Rage): This attack can only be used in Ultima Etapa. Red snaps and his devil fruit shows it. Large spiked pillars of ice start randomly appearing out of the ground and going high into the sky. A pillar appears under Red taking him up into the sky as he undergoes a small change. He gains ice wings, a dragon head shaped helmet (looks much like a mardia gras mask that covers half the face) and his arms and legs become covered in what appears to be scales, when its ice textured that way. The ice on his legs and arms are harder then steel, can cut you if you rub against it and can freeze what they touch. If you look closely at Reds shine you can see a thin layer of red ice. After all that he gains a tail. In this form he can fly at high speeds and can use all other attacks more quickly, and with more chance of being deadly. He wont stop what he’s doing until one of them is dead, not even crew members can stop him in his form. He can use all other attacks but create a large lance type weapon and throw it, once hitting something it makes a large explosion that freezes everything within a 100meters.
Hie Hie No Amu (Ice Ice Arm): Red creates a large ice arm, on one of his arm. This arm is as big as a car and Red can easily move it like his own. It is harder than steel. In his normal form its as big as a car, in his segunda it as big as a bus and may use both arms at the same time, in ultima form it’s as big as a transfer truck and may use both arms at the same time. (loaded up)
Hie Hie No Shirudo (Ice Ice Shield): Red creates a sharp edge, circular chield on his forearm. It is able to with stand steel, but after a while it breaks but in Ultima it is unbreakable by steel. He can launch it off his and it acts like a discus.
Hie Hie No Bazuka (Ice Ice Bazooka): Red literally makes an ice bazooka and fires a large ice missile at the foe. It can smash a wall to pieces, and can travel up to 100 meters.
Hie Hie No Kabe (Ice Ice Wall): Red can create a wall of ice to protect himself and others from an attack. He clicks his foot against the ground three times in the same spot before the wall appears. Normal, its 3 meters tall, and 10 meters long, being 30 cm thick, segunda being 6 meters tall, 20 meters long, being 60 cm thick, ultima being 12 meters tall, being 35 meters long and 90 meters thick.
