NAME: Mad Handcuffs (Ball and Chain Handcuffs)
PROPERTIES: A pair of solid still handcuffs. To each of the handcuffs, two 20 feet iron chains are connected, making it to a total of four chains connected to a prisoner at a time. At the end of each chain, a 50 kilograms iron ball is attached.
CAPABILITIES: By wrapping a prisoner with the long chains that are connected to his handcuffs, the jailer can effectively limit the prisoner's movement and even cancel it, depending on the strength of the prisoner. This arresting mechanism simply turns the prisoner into a 200 kilograms iron mess. Every part of this structure is reinforced to make it harder for the prisoner to be released without a key.
HISTORY: Used to arrest the mentally ill prisoners from hurting themselves and those around them.
