weapon special abilities:The sword has consumed the lightning devil fruit giving it many of the same powers as a Goru Goru no Mi user. Unlike a lightning fruit user the sword can't shoot lightning bolts. However due to it's metallic base it is able to easily cut through any conductive object and cut through non conductive objects. It can charge any object it touches with positive or negative electricity as well as shock. By touching something it can pump in negative electricity and then add positive to the air making the object very likely to to be struck by lightning. It's sheath is line with seastone allowing the user to carry it around without being harmed. During a thunderstorm the sword is able to direct the general direction any lightning starts.
history:Many moons ago two men met, and surprisingly both of the men had the same devil fruit. Over this fact the two men fought day and night, week after week, and year after year. Neither of them were able to strike a deciding blow no matter what technique one developed the other was always equal. One day one of the men tired of the fighting and decided to give himself an edge by having a sword forged, a sword of lightning. So instead of training day in and day out the man had the sword crafted. Just days before the swords completion the two men one again met in battle. However this time there was a victor, the man that had the sword forged was killed. The other man instead of spending time having a sword made continued training allowing him to be victorious.
