Capabilities: This fruit grants the user the ability to impose their will and presence of mind on anything from insects to humans, giants or fishmen. Basically, anything that has a brain.
The presence is far too weak to actually control humans and creatures with similar minds, and typically cannot meaningfully affect simians, dolphins or other more intelligent animals, and even creatures like dogs would be too difficult to affect with anything less than distracting impulses. This means that that rather than power of control, the power of this fruit comes from the mutability and minute capability of the control.The user of this fruit can beam thoughts and mental impulses into the minds of others, a potent form of messaging (though only one-way). In general, the stupider and more simpleminded a creature it is, the more it is affected by this fruit.
The user can beam their presence to anyone they have seen and remember the face of, and anyone they have sent their presence to before. Otherwise, there is no limitation of targets, apart from having a brain, however primitive it might be.
As for what the user can transmit, the answer is virtually anything. The user can easily translate human impulses into something understood by a mere fly or ant. With time, patience and practice, they could even rewrite the instincts and routines of simpleminded creatures with their own instructions and impulses.
Finally, the user can also send out a general call over about a mile radius, with a simple impulse. Anything affected can then be contacted normally. The user can also contact any number of creatures at the same time, but inexperienced users can only manage only one impulse or thought at a time, which is then sent to everyone contacted. A highly experienced user can get up to ten different messages, which can be sent to different targets, or different groups of targets.
