History: He grew up with his older brother Gabriel and din't know his parents. He lived in a small village where a pirate crew stopped after they went to the new world for six months. Navy crewman came hunting the these pirates and thus attacked the village. The Navymen came he tried to fight the navy crew he killed one navy man. He also found a devil fruit, the gravity gravity fruit. He also obtain the Bleedout from a famous fighter. He has sworn never to kill anyone again. He will put so much force of gravity on someone, to paralyze them. If they threaten a friend or family member. Rotiro out of rage fled with his brother to become pirates. Over the years, Rotiro has gotten into a lot of fights and is now an expert at street fighting. He earned his title as first mate for all the Navy he has defeated in one on one duels. His brother and him found crewmates. They sailed to an island that had a city pillaged by pirates. They defeated the pirates. He earned himself a bounty of 1,000,000 beris. After that, the crew tookdown a highly protected naval base. He defeated about 70 navy men and one powerful captain which earned him a bouty of 6,550,000 beris.

Personality:He i very cocky like SUPER cocky. He likes to party and have a good time. You can't easily anger him, but when you do your DEAD. he always seems to get in fights somehow. He is adventurous and likes to explore. In battle he is very calm and cool. He is always mad at his brother. People tend to hate him a lot
