| Name: Special Cloak
Description - A special cloak that hides it's wearers power level and dourikis absolutely and completely. The user cannot be sensed by any power level or dourikis sensing technique such as Te-Awase. The beauty of it is that the user's power level or dourikis is not weakened or suppressed in any way. It is just absolutely undetectable. However it doesn't mask sound or thermal energy and people can still touch the wearer.
