APPEARANCE: Neil is a short and thin boy, weighting 60 kilograms and standing 1.60 meters tall. He sports a wild mane of hair with the unusual color of white. His eyes have little red pupils and his mouth is larger than normal, with a set of shark-like teeth. Neil wears a black and yellow knitted hat over his head to hide his trademark hair color from his pursuers. He also wears a long black and yellow jacket over a black T-shirt with a logo of a Jolly Roger with sharp teeth and a hat similar to his (His ideal Jolly Roger), and a long pair of patched jeans. For his footwear, Neil wears a pair of heavy boots with metal soles. He usually carries alot of bullets although he doesn't carry a gun. He carries his cooking equipment in his brown backpack.
HISTORY: Neil was born to a pair of rich parents on a small island in West Blue. His family was one of the five royal families of the island belt. He found and ate the Baku Baku No Mi at the age of 3, while strolling near the island's beach.
As a royal child, Neil was expected to be great and his parents made sure he spent all of his free time studying. He wasn't allowed to socialize with the common people and had no one to talk to but his servants, tutors and his parents who were rarely at home. Neil spent his entire childhood like a caged bird: locked in his house but desired freedom, studying and hating his life. All of this was done by his parents who feared that their son will become more monstrous than he already was after his last stroll on the island.
One of his tutors was an old man named Jean. He was the closest thing Neil had to a friend. Jean sensed the child's agony and will to be free and decided to save the child from his boring life. After trying to persuade Neil's parents to let him out of the house Jean was fired. Neil was sure that he will never get to see his only friend ever again and sunk into depression.
After losing Jean, Neil kept his life the way they were, but occasionally recalled the stories Jean told him about the freedom of pirates and their amazing lives. He wanted to become a pirate.
One night, Neil woke up to see a dark figure standing inside his room. He panicked and reached for the alarm but the figure revealed it's face and Neil recognized Jean on the spot. "I've come to rescue you Neil" He said, "I've come to make you a free bird, a pirate!".
The excited boy, now 15 years old, escaped his house with Jean's assistance and was given a small boat. "Aren't we going together?" Neil asked. "Boy, I was once a pirate of the seas and trust me, I would do anything to become one again, but im old, the most I can do at my age is find kids like you and make you pirates of the next generation, now go!". And Neil sailed into the ocean with tears in his eyes, both from sadness and excitement' he became a pirate. Using his devil fruit, cooking skills and his vast reading of navigation books, Neil made it to the grand line. Neil's parents payed the government to place a "Must be captured alive" bounty on their son so that he will be captured and returned home.
PERSONALITY: Neil is a cheerful guy living his dream. He accepts whatever life throws at him with a big smile and take everything lightly. He bonds easily and because he had no one when he was young, he appreciates every company he can get. He is very loyal to his friends and nakama, because he was taught that "thats the pirate-way". As a result of his devil fruit ability, Neil is constantly hungry and will eat until someone stops him. That is why he learned how to cook. He enjoys cooking and appreciates every tip he can get. As for battle, Neil never killed a single soul and prefers to solve every argument with an eating contest. He will always try to run before he attacks.

Name: Baku Baku No Mi (Munch-Munch Fruit) (Canon)(Wapol's fruit)
Capabilities: The Baku Baku no Mi is a Paramecia type Devil Fruit that allows the user to eat and chew anything (except seastone) from wood to even the strongest metals. The eaten items can then be fused to turn their body into a weapon or be combined together to create something else. The eaten items can also be powerfully shot out of the user's mouth. The user can also stretch his mouth in order to swallow bigger items. The stomach becomes a huge storage space, allowing the user to store large items, upto the size of a small ship, in his stomach without any physical effect, for later usage. Items can only be stored inside the user's stomach for upto an hour and any item not used until that time is simply shot out of the user's mouth. Items that the user fuses with himself expel in the same manner when the usage is over and cannot be consumed again for atleast two hours (Will cause MONSTER stomach pains).

SPECIAL ABILITIES: Tactical Mind: Neil is a brilliant tactician and will often use his surrounding to help him in a fight. He thinks faster than normal people and uses his devil fruit in many creative ways.

LEARNED TECHNIQUES:
Baku Baku No...
1.Munch: Neil will stretch his mouth open and will eat an item, whether it is a tuna sandwich or a flying cannonball.
2.Shot: Neil will shoot item/s from his stomach through his mouth with varying speed and force, depending on the item's mass (A bullet will fly like a bullet, a ship will barely shoot out) This technique can be enhanced with practice.
3.Inhale: Neil is able to swallow a huge amount of air (equal to a ship's mass). By doing so, he can create a powerful vacuum in order to pull enemies and items closer to him.
4.Exhale: Neil will fire out the air he swallowed with the Inhale technique as a powerful compressed air ball, capable of alot of blunt damage. The force is so strong it might send Neil flying backwards.
5.Propel: Similar to the Exhale technique only this time the air is shot as a powerful gust capable of propelling Neil to any direction.
6.Cannon/Shotgun/Any item's name: After eating something, Neil can mutate the object or material into his body such as turning his arm into a cannon.
7.Surprise: A technique in which Neil combines two or more different things he has swallowed to create something else.
8.Bite: Using his sharp set of teeth, Neil can deliver powerful bites to his targets.
9.Fire: Similar to Shot only performed rapidly.
WEAPONS/ITEMS: Bullets, cooking equipment.
CHARACTER FLAWS: Neil never killed a man. As result, he tends to be very gentle while fighting. His peaceful nature simply won't allow him to kill an opponent, thats of course when he has another choice. He doesn't have any hint of cruelty in him and his enemies might take advantage of it to trick him into leaving them alone.
GOAL: To live as a free pirate, assist his captain and never return home.
