History::William was born into a family of 3 making it four after .while he went to first school he wasn't good at anything in school but he could make things. he was good at engineer/ craftsman.when he got to middle school he started to train in marksmanship at the end of middle school he nearly mastered marksmanship he could get a bullseye at fifty feat with a pistol. when he got into high school when he was out he spent too long out . when he was out his family got killed by a gang they stole all the money but they couldnt get through the vault holding the the families most valued possessions. when he got home he found his dead family he blamed the gang who threatened his family to kill them or let them have everything. he then searched the house for guns he found a shotgun and a pistol in the vault in the wall of the third floor he then took the rest of the valuable items in the vault and left. he was going to get his vengence. he then found the main part of the gang and killed them all in cold blood but the leaders were still left he need them dead if he was going to let his family rest in peace. he went to the shooting range and took a machine gun he left the city and looked for the leaders of the gang when he found one he slaughtered all his gaurd with his pistols and when he found the leader and hit rammed the shotgun into the leaders face and fired it into his face. the blood splattered around the room and his face his heart was filled with joy at the site of blood. he left the town for the next in command he found he was hiding in a city in the east blue he left the west blue for the east blue. he went through hell but he made it to the east blue. he hunted the man down but with no luck he went to the store and bought sniper rifle he then bought a home and modified bullets he looked for the commander more and more he then found his hiding spot he waited for three days for the chance to kill the man he fired the sniper round which was a explosive round which left nothing of the man except a few spatters. for the next year he planned his moves made newer and better bullets. he made it his goal to kill the final leader of the gang .
Personality:William is going to avenge his family if he has to kill everyone and he will in cold blood if he is made to. he also wants to have the best weapons he can that is why he makes his own ammo to make his weapons be better than any other of its kind. He will kill or maim anyone who disrespects the dead. people who only knew him for a short time would think he was a gun nut who only want was to kill but if you get to know him he is very caring and will protect those he cares about and make sure they don't die like his family did when he didn't protect them. His favourite food is sour food any kind as long as it is sour and his favourite drink is something sour. He will not attack anyone who he cares about even if they mean to kill he will not attack them.

Burning sting: the toxin effects the target if the pellet gets to the blood stream after 10 minutes(4 posts) the poison spread around the target the amount of pain caused is dependant on the amount of pellets hit.
stopping power: the toxin effects the target if the pellet get lodged into the muscle after 10 minutes (4 posts) the muscle is paralysed for 1 hour(8 posts) it will effect for longer if more bullet hit

Effect: each shotgun pellet is on fire. and the shell is designed to make all the bullets travel more tightly packed than a normal shell which make the shot look like a small fire ball.

Effect:each pellet is on fire which makes a smog and the shell space is half used for a special powder to make a smokescreen this shell is not for offence

Effect:the bullet is filled about 1 drop of liquid nitrogen which make the bullet very cold which will stick to any moist surface including inside bodies and skin. also the round emits a small white smoke of air when fired enough rounds makes a very cold shroud
