Appearance: Baggy orange and gold pants that reach halfway down from his knees, no shirt. A large red sash around the top of his pants and lower section of his stomach with a Jutte resting in it. Thick black piercings in his ears. Usually carries a twin sided spear in his hands resting it on his shoulder. Lightly tanned skin.
History: Dalit was born on the island of Mahale is the East ocean. He was named after his father, and his father, and so on. Once upon a time about XII Shah Jahan's earlier; His family was the most reveared and famous on the island for their family strength, arcitect, and finance. After the Great Shift; a war that turned the tables of the entire island. His family was thrust into poverty and shame. They were considered outcasts and untouchable by others, his family's name was mud. Finally when he was born he decided to make something of himself, once the Navy made a Large Military Fort of the island he enlisted as a navy soldier but the native people of his island made it so he could not become a Navy Soldier, preventing him from rising up in the world. He eventually became a bounty hunter for the Navy finding a loophole in the system, so the people of his island couldnt stop him from taking part in the Navy. During his time as a bounty hunter he found a devil fruit called Moku Moku No Mi and consumed it increasing his power and the number of bounties he collected. He got a Jutte to fight enemies who also had Devil fruit powers easier, and tipped it with seastone so he could stop their powers when he hit them with the tip. Eventually he figured out that bounty hunting wasnt the way to make himself something in the world, but being a strong pirate was. So he stopped being a bounty hunter and looked to join a pirate crew, as soon as a few of the Native people of his island found out about this they planned to have him killed by putting a bounty on his head for technically betraying the navy and supposedly taking a few of the pirates he was sent to kill with him instead of turning them in to the Navy.

Personality: Dalit is a nice man who likes to have a good time, but despises being looked down upon. He has a inferiority complex which he tries his best to keep under wraps because it is usually a problem when he tries to get to know people. He likes to fight, and usually will do so just for fun, or because he feels insulted by the person and if so will do his best to kill them. He feels the need to prove his strength amoungst people around him including whatever crew or person he is working for.

effect: The user of this fruit is able to generate, manipulate. Like some of the other Logia type Devil Fruits, this one allows his user to "fly", by covering his body or the lower part of in smoke, greatly enhancing his movement speed. The main offensive capabilities of the fruit stem from his user's ability to change the density of the smoke produced at will. This allows Smoker to surround his targets with his intangible smoke and then, solidifying it, to grasp them. The smoke can also be used as a blunt weapon, hitting enemies with great strength. However, it is possible to escape the smoke's hold with a sudden, strong enough expansion of the body (such as Luffy's Gomu Gomu no Fuusen). It would seem that when confronted by fire, they will cancel out one another. Other than that, the user is also affected by the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses

White out - He shoots clouds of normal smoke from his arms and uses them to engulf his opponent, then makes the smoke denser to hold them in place
White Blow - He shoots a cloud of dense smoke from his arms to blast his opponent hard. After striking, he can then trap his opponent as with the White Out attack. He has another variation of this attack where he turns only one arm (except his fist) into smoke and launches the fist at his opponent as a long-range punch
White Snake - He launches a long "snake" of dense smoke from his hand that he makes follow the opponent until it hits and grabs them. This is sometimes followed by him thrashing his foe around
White Spark - He transforms his whole body into a cloud of dense smoke and charges at the opponent.
White Vine - He transforms into a spiraling column of smoke to trap his enemies or to grab an airborne target
White Launcher - He transforms himself into smoke and launches himself at his opponent, then re-solidifies and pins his opponent down with the Nanashaku Jitte.
