Okay, uh.
1. Structure better. If it says something after the topic (f.e.: First name: full name here) just replace whatever it says after the colon ( This sign : ) with what you want to write into the topic.
2. Please. Just, please... I know it's hard being a foreigner and not speaking the language that well, but.... Please... I can hardly tell what you're trying to say. So please check grammar and spelling.
3. Much too short. History, appearance (which you have to seperate and put in its own section right above history, by the way), personality.... Everything. Special abilities need to be explained.
4. I think I know what you're trying to say in history, but it doesn't really make any sense. First, what's a creaper? Creeper maybe? What's that, then? Does that even exist in One Piece? Second: Withcraft isn't all that hot on this site, I'm afraid... Third: Wow, this is way too short. No way that was his whole life. Fifth: He's thirteen! How come he works for the government?!
