APPEARANCE: Kiba is a skinny guy, he's 5 feet tall and weights only 60 kilograms. His skin is slightly tanned but it is barely seen under his cloak along with his olive-green wild hair. His pupils are almost completely white and like his skin or hair are very hard to spot under his cloak's hood. He carries a slightly long nose and face naturally clean of facial hair. He owns very little clothing that usually don't even show under his big cloak. his clothes contain many pockets in them and are worn to be useful rather than pretty-looking.
HISTORY: Kiba was born in a small island in the north blue ruled over by tax-demanding pirates. His parents were killed while he was 3 years old after not paying their "depths" to the ruling pirates.
After loosing his parents, Kiba lived in the streets, feeding on the kindness of the island's citizens who were able to give him food and shelter. When Kiba turned 6, things changed for the worse. The former captain of the ruling pirates was murdered by one of his crew members who took the control over the pirates under him. He ruled the island with a stronger fist than his prior and people just didnt have enough food to share with Kiba anymore. Of course Kiba knew who was responsible, the pirates.
Using his pickpocketing talent, Kiba stole from the crew members of the ruling pirates who took the taxes from the island's citizens and used what he stole to pay for food and shelter, keeping himself alive. After a few years of stealing Kiba decided to end the suffering of his fellow townsmen and assassinate the captain.
On that very night a different pirate crew arrived at the island and defeated the ruling pirates thus saving Kiba who was about to be killed after getting caught inside the crew's ship. Kiba, so greatful for saving his life offered the new pirate crew his pickpocketing skills and they hired him as a crew member. The crew soon saw the great potential in Kiba's great memory and his will to learn and placed him under the care of their old navigator, Nero F. Grim.
Nero died after teaching Kiba the art of navigation for 8 years. Kiba, now 19 years old and fully trained as a navigator and a weather reader, became the new navigator for the crew. In the years that passed Kiba was given Zurui, his sticky companion and was trained in rokushiki by an ex-marine crew mate. Kiba served as the crews navigator for 3 years until he made his grim mistake.
It was a calm night, cloudy but calm. Kiba was sleeping with Zurui in his lap when his captain, Soont O. Die, shouted his name. Kiba, immediately waking up, ran to his captains side waiting for his orders. "What do you think Kiba? The sea looks calm tonight, should we continue sailing in our current route straight to Nagoma island?". Kiba was light headed at the time and wished to return to his beloved bad. "Sure, I don't predict any weather changes tonight, we should keep sailing this way". After advising this to his captain, Kiba returned to his bed. Later that night an explosion was heard above the clouds as the thunders of a monstrous storm shouted after their flashy brothers. The crew struggled to sail against the powerful waves and winds of the storm when lightning bolts hit rocks from every side of their ship. The only 2 people on the ship who didnt struggle were Kiba and the captain, they knew the truth, the ship was doomed. Kiba saw it, a collosal wave heading straight towards the ship. in their last seconds together Kiba faced his captain with tears in his eyes as his captain said only one thing:" You made a mistake boy, a mistake..."
After the ship was crushed and the crew was separated, Kiba found himself floating on a single piece of wood from the ship as he found before he found shelter on a nearby island. He didnt know if his crew survived but he did know one thing: He made a mistake, and as he built his small raft out of trees on the island he swore that he will learn anything there is to know about the weather, he will never make the same mistake again.
PERSONALITY: Kiba is a silent and calm guy. After the accident with his former crew he became very cautious. Every step his feet perform and any words that comes out of his mouth are calculated a hundred times in his mind before executed. While facing a decision, no matter how unimportant it might be, he will run every thinkable scenario in his head before doing anything, making him terrible at desert-picking and shopping while also making him the perfect informant and navigator. While not being very friendly, he tends to have powerful bonds to people around him and will surely risk himself to help his comrades when needed, especially his beloved companion Zurui. During his many years serving as a spy and an informant Kiba gained excellent acting skills that come in handy when trying to infiltrate behind enemy lines.
SHIP: Humble Steel (A small vessel without cannons. It has a kitchen/dining hall inside as well as a crew quarters room and a captain's quarters. Their is not a doctor's office. The ship can be crewed by two people but it is designed for roughly five to six people including the captain)

SPECIAL ABILITIES:
NAVIGATION AND METEOROLOGICAL KNOWLEDGE: Kiba owns vast amount of talent, skill and knowledge in the field of navigation. He is able to memorize routes and maps using his amazing memory after seeing them only once. Kiba can also sense changes in the weather by calculating wind speed, temperature, cloud density and water streams. This skill allows him to navigate his crew through the safest route even in the harsh and unexpected weather conditions of the Grand Line.
SPYING AND STEALTH SKILLS: Kiba has a natural talent for keeping himself under the radar. Using his acting abilities and excellent memory Kiba can gain a lot of information from inside the enemy forces for the use of his crew. Kiba also has stealth skills, he is able to walk without making a sound and, with the help of Zurui, can become invisible. These stealth skills allow him to infiltrate behind enemy lines more easily and allow him to fight his opponents more effectively.
PICKPOCKETING AND DEXTERITY: Kiba is an excellent thief from his times as a street kid. He can pickpocket without getting caught and steal small object while being completely unnoticed. These stealing skills are a result of Kiba's ability to move his hands super-quick, a feat that comes helpful while using his daggers as well.
The Predator: Kiba's fighting style. He uses his 3 known Rokushiki techniques, his stealth skills, his special cloak Zurui and his newly achieved hand scythes to perform different moves, most of them of a lower profile to attract as less attention as possible. He will use Zurui to move untedectably around the battlefield, and once he will reach his wanted position, will attack with his scythes, using Rokushiki to maneuver around his opponent.
LEARNED TECHNIQUES:
1. Soru (Learned from and ex-marine former crew member)
2. Shigan (Learned from and ex-marine former crew member)
3. Geppo (Learned from and ex-marine former crew member)

Predator Fang: Kiba will use Soru to rush at his opponent with incredible speed. He will then slash at his opponent with his given momentum, making a trail of silver appear behind his scythe.

Predator Typhoon: Kiba will rotate his scythes with great speed, creating two buzzsaw-like bladed fans that he can use to slash through anything weaker and including wood.

Predator Jungle: With Zurui's abilities, Kiba can become almost completely invisible. He can only be spotted by the shadow he casts on the ground and if the wind is blowing hard enough against his cloak.

Predator Roar: By performing an incredibly quick slash with either of his scythes, Kiba can release a slicing air wave. The wave is sharp and strong enough to cut through wood with ease. The wave is followed by a powerful sound, similar to that of a wild roar that is produced by various predators.

Predator Point: By having Zurui change into his Hybrid form while Kiba is wearing him, Kiba gains an appearance similar to that of a reptilian predator. The cloak sprouts a tail and grows chameleon eyes on the head piece. Various swirls that are unique to a chameleon's skin appear on the cloak's surface as he gains a weak shade of green. While in this state, Kiba gains no additional abilities except for a frightening look, but Zurui can use more chameleon abilities than before. The cloak's sleeves are now as sticky as a chameleon's limbs, making Kiba capable of sticking to walls. The head piece can produce a long and powerful chameleon tongue, and the tail provides additional stability.

Predator Missile: While in his Predator Point, Kiba can command Zurui to shoot his tongue out. The tongue is released with extreme speed and force, enough to knock over any grown man. The sticky tongue will than stick to the victim, and he will be pulled towards Kiba, who will be free to attack him in any manner he likes. The tongue's movement is extremely fast and it can be fully extended and retracted back in a manner of a second.

Hand ScythesCHARACTER FLAWS: Because of Kiba's fatal mistake, he became a very careful person. This problem in Harvey's personality may result in extremely low self esteem and even occasional moments of paranoia. Kiba will think of every possible event that his actions may cause before acting. This makes Kiba a slow thinker sometimes and a pain to hang out with.
GOALS: To learn everything there is to know about the weather and never make the same mistake again.
