Appearance: Alicia is rather short, only 5' 2" tall. She is also very light, and she looks very young. She has long wavy blonde hair that reaches past her waist. It's held back by a headband made out of wildflowers that aways seems fresh. She has large green eyes. She will commonly wear a neatly maintained white dress that reaches down halfway past her shins, and she tends to have white ballerina-esque shoes on her feet.

History: Alicia is the daughter of a merchant and a cook, who had divorced some two years after her birth. She lived with her mother most of the time, where she learned how to cook extremely well. Occasionally her father would drop by and take her on a trip or two, whereupon she would return to her hometown. One day when she was seventeen, she met Twiddles. This was when her delusions kicked in, and she began hearing Twiddles tell her his story: particularly about how he was an exiled noble. She asked her mom if they could take care of him, but her mother, thinking that Twiddles was just a cat, agreed. For the next year, nothing that exciting happened... but then Alicia decided to take Twiddles back to his kingdom. Bad idea. She began traveling around, getting cooking jobs in pirate crews, and some... Twiddles related incidents forced her to leave each crew in turn.

Personality: Alicia is a very bubbly person, very hard to upset and very hard to annoy. She can put up with any problem, insult, derogatory remark, or obscene gesture with a laugh or a smile. She is rather energetic as well, and can keep going for days if necessary. She loves animals, especially the small cuddly ones.

The so-called crazy part of her is that she is convinced that Twiddles is a human noble named Albert du Vecrul Monueix. Therefore she will not tolerate any insults aimed at his character, his appearance, or... the fact that he really isn't a human noble. She is prepared to protect his 'noble dignity' to the death, and she reacts violently when others do not protect it alongside her.

She also suffers from very precise delusions, specifically believing that Twiddles is a full-sized human being. She has never viewed him as otherwise, even when he changes form, so she really does not know the truth.
