Capabilities:
Normal Form: The user is in full control of their body and won't go wild. The user has a normal thought process.
Cross Form: User still keeps it's humane mind and doesn't go crazy. The user can still move faster than a normal human and has fangs as well as a powerful bite.
Full Wolf Form: User gains a lust to kill. User gains the speed of a wolf, and the powerful bite of a wolf, but can become wild.
