Capabilities: The eater of this fruit has the power to create duplications of themselves up to as much as 200 copies at the same time. These duplications are equal in power to the fruit eater, but they are incapable of creating more duplicates.

While duplicated, their consciousness collectively acts as one being, allowing them to instantaneously transmit orders between each other. In order to truly kill the eater of this fruit while their powers are active, all duplications must die with them. If the original is killed, but a duplication survives, one of their randomly selected duplications will inherit their devil fruit power and ‘become the new original’ so to speak.

Weaknesses: The eater of this fruit can instantly create up to 200 duplications at a time, however, once they use their power, it takes a 1 minute cool down time for each duplicate before they can create more duplications.

So if they created 1 duplication, it would take only 60 seconds before the next one could be created. If they instantly spawned 200 duplications, it would take over 3 hours before they could create anymore.

Because of this, the user can not rapidly create more duplications to replace those lost in the heat of battle, and needs to strategically plan ahead how many duplicates they make, as well as how long they plan their next move before the cool down wears off.
