History: Not much has happened in Ray's life, he was born into an ordinary working class family in a small town within West Blue. Ray lived with his two parents, his mother a nurse and his father a cook. Ray was a delinquent child always causing mischief where ever he went; he was quite playful and had many friends during his childhood. Two years after Ray was born his parents had a new kid, Ray used to take care of him all the time whilst his parents were out at work and such, nothing else much happened that affected the way Ray is now in that time.
Ray grew up aspiring to become a great pirate, he had no real reason to becoming a pirate but he had heard many stories about some great pirates who ruled lands, Ray heard of how much power a pirate could have if they themselves and their crew were strong enough. With that in mind Ray begun training himself physically and mentally everyday in order to get stronger, at the age of ten Ray was already figuring out everything about piracy. He was quite mature for his age even though he didn’t act like it, he even learned how to cook quite impressively by watching his dad cook every day.

One day luckily enough Ray came across a devil fruit, he saw this as a once in a life time opportunity to become strong although he knew that eating it would make him lose his ability to swim, a fair trade in Ray’s eyes so he ate the fruit. Ray went to the forest area nearby his town everyday trying to figure out what powers he had obtained from the Devil fruit, he knew so far that it wasn’t a Zoan, he had wished for a Logia but he knew that those were the most Rare devil fruit you could find.
Not long after that Ray found out exactly what the fruit did, he was able to generate fire at will and control it, it was logia, the ability to control an element and this one was perfect for Ray. He spent year after perfecting his devil fruit abilities whilst still working on a way to get off the island he was currently on, his family knew of his wishes and chose not to stand in the way of his goal. Till now Ray has been training daily hoping to once become the most powerful Pirate ever seen.


Personality: Ray is a cocky and childish kid even though he actually hates being treated like one. He is quite sarcastic but also a loyal at the same time, Ray is short tempered and can even get angry over anything remotely connected to him but not directly mentioned to him. He is a brave person and very protective of his Nakama, even though Ray acts all chaotic and everything Ray would risk his own life unknowingly to save that of another's. Ray is a very curious person and has an extreme hatred for bugs on any kind, but mostly spiders. For his age Ray is highly intelligent and due to his photographic memory he is very good at remembering things too, he is very attentive to detail and can tell a lot about someone just from a look.

Mera Mera no Mi - Rocket
Ray can shot a sudden burst of fire from anywhere on his body to boost him, Ray can also just allow a long lasting stream of fire from anywhere on his body, if use under his feet he is able to hover in the sky.

Mera Mera no Mi - Heat Haze
Ray shoots a stream of fire from the palm of his hand.

Mera Mera no Mi - Fire Fist
Ray covers his fist with flames and launches it as a column of fire at his target. This attack is so incredibly powerful that it is able to plow through several ships in one shot.

Mera Mera no Mi - Fire Gun
Pointing the index and middle fingers of both hands at an opponent like guns, Ray covers his fingertips with flames and shoots bullets made of fire at them.

Mera Mera no Mi - Flame Commandment
Ray amasses a large amount of flames around his body (usually by first swinging his outstretched hand around him, summoning the flames) in preparation for an attack.

Mera Mera no Mi - Fire Pillar
Used following Flame Commandment, Jacce shoots the collected flames straight upward, destroying a target above him. It can also be fired downwards to clear any enemies that might be below him while he's in mid-air.

Mera Mera no Mi - Firefly Light
Ray creates many small, glowing greenish yellow fireballs that float around an enemy. The idea behind this attack's name is that before he attacks with them, the small fireballs look like fireflies in the air. This move is apparently used in preparation for Fiery Doll.

Mera Mera no Mi - Fiery Doll
After using Firefly Light to send the fireballs floating around in proximity with the enemy, Ray sends them all flying into the target(s) all at once, burning them.

Mera Mera no Mi - Sacred Fire: Mysterious Light at Sea
Ray hurls long lances made out of fire. The lances have the combined effect of simultaneously burning an opponent while piercing them.

Mera Mera no Mi - Cross-fire
Ray puts his index fingers together in a cross shape before launching a cross-shaped column of flame directly at his opponent, after crossing his fingers, a cross-shaped ray of light can be seen emanating from the fingers at the target followed by the column of fire.

Mera Mera no Mi - Great Flame Commandment: Flame Emperor
Ray's ultimate technique. After creating great spiraling flames centered on his location before amassing it at a focused point (i.e. the palm of his hand), Ray then turns it into a gigantic fireball resembling the sun and hurls it at his opponent to try to obliterate them.

Mera Mera no Mi - Flaming Net
Ray creates a circle of fire around a selected area, preventing anyone from entering or leaving it.

Mera Mera no Mi - Mirror Flame
Ray releases a wall of fire to block off an attack.

Mera Mera no Mi - Great Phoenix Technique
Ray blows out a great ball of fire towards the enemy which then begins to form into a giant Phoenix, the blast can consume a number of opponents in one shot.

Mera Mera no Mi - Doragon
After engulfing himself in fire, a dragon made of fire emerges from Ray. The Dragon has a long body that's always in contact with the first around Ray, Ray can control this dragon at will and even use it as transportation. Ray can move through the flame by using momentum beneath his feet and emerge from the dragon's mouth, it allows him to travel at tremendous speeds within the dragon.

Mera Mera no Mi - Hell's Divination: Radiation
Ray can radiate heat all around his body increase the radius in which the heat can reach. This move can be to create a desert effect, the temperature around anyone within the area will rise almost instantly, Max is up to a deadly 57.8°C

Mera Mera no Mi - Hell's Divination: White Light
Ray can increase the temperature of the flame around his body to 1500 degrees Celsius and then continuously but slowly increase it from that point, the fire is now white hot.
