Name: Subako-Subako no mi (Hive-Hive Fruit)
Capabilities: This fruit gives its user the ability to link his or her mind with other people’s. This is and is not mind reading. It can be done in two ways. First is the basic link in which the user of this fruit pictures another person in his or her mind and wishes to establish a link with that person. That other person would then feel an odd tingling sensation in their head and if they knew what it was and pictured the person attempting to establish the link then it would happen. This only allows the two people to converse with one another, sending words to each other, but only words that they want to send. They can not ‘speak’ by accident. This first link can only be done between two people at a time, the user and whoever they are contacting. The second type of link is one that can be established by coming into physical contact with another person or persons. If everyone wishes to establish the link then it will appear between all of them simultaneously. This type of link can be established with an infinite amount of people, but it is only safe to have up to ten in the link at a time. Also unlike the first link this link not only allows the users to speak to one another through each other’s minds, but it lays open each person’s mind like an open book. It also allows each person to see through the eyes, hear through the ears, taste through the mouths, and smell through the noses, and touch though the body of each other person on the link. This link has one side effect and it is the reason this link can not be safely performed with more than ten people. With so many people and so many minds linked so perfectly, if this link is retained for any long period of time, such as a day, then each person will essentially become everyone else. Even after the link is broken they would keep everyone else’s personalities and likes and dislikes. Since one person may like a certain food and another may hate it, if both minds are put into one mind then this would create a paradox. The single mind could go insane or even simply shut itself down. However, if this link is used for only a short period, such as an hour or so, than it should be fine. Both links can be broken at any time by a person simply decided to break it. Of course, they only can sever themselves from the link. Anyone else who is in there will not be pulled out of it. Both links have a ten mile distance limit, however if there are a bunch of people in the link it can be bounced even longer distances as long as each person is within ten miles of someone else in the link.

(I realize this fruit is incredibly powerful, but I plan on only using it for a NPC. However, I would still like to get it approved for usage by PCs because I think it has great potential.)

I don't really like the difference thing. All over the world, any place you want to? I mean, wow, that's a bit much.

All of that is in the fruit description. A character with this couldn't mind link with anybody, NPC or PC, unless they allowed it. Both people have to know what is going on and be willing to let it happen for it to happen at all. And both people get as much from the link as everyone else in the link so it wouldn't even be an advantage if it was forced on someone. And no, the user cannot force someone do something through their mind, it does not say that. The only mind control that comes from this fruit is when the minds are so perfectly link that they begin to become one person, and as stated above that is dangerous.
