Appearance: Dark brown skin, no hair only a long light brown dorsal fin running from his lower to the top of his head. He has a large mouth full of sharp teeth. A lighter shade of brown is visible on his stomach and spots runalong the side of his body. No visible ears or any signs of a nose, just nostrils, but an otherwise humanoid face. Wears jean shorts, no shirt and has a huge scar runnig diagonal along his torso.
History:
Personality: Always very calm and collected, unless of course there's a party in which he's very outgoing. He is very devoted and loyal and will sacrifice himself to those he trusts.
Special Abilities: Electricity, Ability to breathe on land and water, communicate with sea creatures, Fishman Karate

Electric tunnel: creates a pillar of electracuted water and hurls at enemy.
Electric tsunami: creates a huge wave of electracuted water and crashes it down onto foe(s).
Thunderbolt: Sends a bolt of elecrticity at the enemy.
Thunderstorm: (has to be in water) releases all of his elecrtic charge into all surrounding water (roughly a 50ftby50ft radius).
Weapons/Items: An electricly charged katana (used as a last resort)
