History: Kayla was born and raised by the world government to be a Cipher Pol agent on a top secret island in the Grand line. After brutal training and years of learning Rokushiki, Kayla became an agent top of class at the age twenty mastering Geppou, Rankyaku, and Shigan. Her first mission was to infiltrate a revolutionist organizarion named Bakuji Boudou. She was to gather information throughout the organization finding their allies and operatives then give her reports to the marines with her Den Den Mushi. Kayla spent five years in the Bakuji Boudou where she grew close to her commardes. She began to see the world government through their eyes. She watching as countless of innocent people were being oppressed by their kings and dictators supported by the world government who was suppose to uphold justice and peace. Kayla witnessed the world nobles enslaved and kill people even women and children which the world government turned a blind eye to. Then the last straw was when her team was sent to save a group of refugees on an island who were being targeted by the marines. They murdered hundreds of people just to capture one pirate who was hiding amongst them. The world government had become incapable of providing justice and peace due to corruption and excessive violence. Its morals and dignity were slowing decaying. Kayla's faith in government was eventually broken and she broke all ties with the world government as a CP agent. The government was furious and planted a bounty on her head calling a "threat" to the world government and a "traitor". Kayla told her team that was former spy working for the Cipher Pol, and begged for forgiveness for her deception. Her commardes at first were shocked and confused. It took them some time to trust her again, but after awhile they were glad that she had turned to their side. Kayal provided them with information about everything about the world government how they work and all secret locations. Kayla soon went up the ranks to captain or commander of the organization where she had at least 50 agents of her own infiltrating the world government. But after the disbanding of the organization Kayla now roams crewless and without a cause.


Personality: Kayla is extremely casual to the point that it becomes a fault. She almost never takes anything too seriously despite her high position, and always tell jokes at the worst of situations. Kayla also is very perverted always asking for men to take off their shirts to "check for wounds". She can also be absent minded often relaxing where they are being attacked or captured. Now all of this does not make her incompetent to be leader. Kayla can be deadly, smart, and very manipulative when serious. She will often use marine tactics against her enemies as well as the marine themselves. Kayla can also be cruel to those who prey on the weak, or hurt her nakama.
