I think your fruit approval has been disputed by Adminsama since it isn't a part of any proper mythos. I'm very wary of the peripheral abilities of the fruit in combination with the physical effect on the person of your character.
Also, check your grammar, punctuation and capitalization. The personality section is exceedingly convoluted and is also has quite a deficit in the complete-sentence-department. Does he randomly eat poison? Is poison just constantly in his environment and he simply doesn't bother to avoid it? How would his devil fruit actually make him immune to poison?
