Capabilities: puts the user into a constant state of minor intoxication by turning their internal fluids alcoholic. Allows the user to master Drunk Fu (drunken master style martial arts). This includes swaying clumsily to be harder to hit, feeling slightly reduced pain, being the life of the party, flammable lugies, sweat that causes partial blindness and stinging when it contacts eyes. The down side being that the user gets in unnecessary fights and suffer from "memory loss" as well as incredible clumsiness
