Apparance: Guid is a very tall man, around 9 feet tall, who's very slim, but slightly muschular (torso) and has very long, thin limps. He has long, black, greasy-looking, rasta hair and several piercings on his ears. He has a stitched scar running through all his forehead, and from the left side it goes down till his lip. His eyes are blue colored. His face overally looks like he once was a handsome man, but after years of living the way he does "dangers, drugs, etc.) his face has been scarred by all that. He wears a blueish costume with the pants going above the waist area, and he also wears a jacket drapped to his shoulders like a cape. He also carries a sword on his hip. He wears a black glove on his right hand and rings on the other one.
History (Due to him being an NPC, I will only write down some parts of it)
Sometime in the past, Guid was brutally injured, with his face almost sliced off his head. However, he survived. Guid's bounty is a result of his active pillaging over villages around the seas outside of the Grand Line, as well as his many contants and heavy past as a procurer. He was the man that drew Noyamano D. Pathea into this "world", against her will. Overally, while the marines dont see him as a thread to them, all those things he does (mostly the procurer status) have forced them to give him that, considerably for a man thats mostly away from the Grand Line, large bounty, in an attempt to protect the civilians.
Personality: Guid, despite his past, tents to talk very formally to others. He also tents to say "I am smart" or "Brilliant me" on the end of his sentenses. He appears to have an obsession with Pathea, so far as to decide to chase her down as soon as he heard about her having a 7,100,000 bounty. He states that "It's me property, so she will either come back or be "sliced to a million pieces." I am smart ~!" He appears to be fairly strategic.

Abilities and powers:
Guid appears to be incredibly endurant, since sometime in the past, he was critically injured to the point where his face was almost "sliced off his head" yet he managed to somehow survive. He doesnt appear to be much stronger than the average human, he could however lift up a pretty large mallet and throw it away, although the club went far away due to his fruit's powers. Speed wise, he appears to be able to run at an extremely fast pace, its unknown if he has similar reflexes and agility thought.
Devil Fruit:
Guid ate the Mato Mato no Mi, a paramecia Devil Fruit that allows the user to aim his target and throw anything he wants to the target with extreme accouracy and precision. The items thrown dont act like homing missiles, meaning that on their way, they hit anything in their path and if stopped, the fruit's power upon the item is nullified. It also appears that its dangerous to touch Guid's hand, possibly due to that being the way Guid makes someone his target, this has yet to be confirmed though.

He carries a sword with him so its assumed he has some skill in its use.
