Appearance:

Blonde hair, Blue eyes, 5,7 ft tall, nimble body and not too muscular. Wears a Black jacket and black pants.

History: Julian was born in the same island as Archon was. He met Archon around the time they were both 9. Ever since then , they had grown very close as friend. Like Archon, Julian had always wanted to be a pirate. He found tales of pirates and legends of great pirates especially the pirate king. Julian looked up to the pirate king and truly did believe that the kings legacy should live on. He joined Archon when he said he wanted to leave the island and create a crew worthy of the king of pirates.

Julian learnt how to cook from his mother and strived to e at least decent in that aspect. After learning to cook, he gained some fighting exeperience in the nearby area. He was still a rookie and completely unknown so going about being a pirate was not easy for Julian , especially after his mother passed away. Julian decided to follow Archon off the island.He went with Archon to the shrine, but was thrown off the path where Archon had gone. He instead found another weapon. A double sided curved spear which had a strange power. It could freeze whatever it touched. It would be a while till Julian discovered that the spear ate a devil fruit.

Julian later decided that Archons ambition was not his own, he could not stay with archon and he needed to find his own ambition in life, so he strayed across the ocean to try and find a place where he could be. He still likes stories of the a pirate king and would tell anyone. He hopes to one day find the island of Raftel and find the body of the pirate king.

Personality: Julian is a rather charming individual, but has great love for stories and history. He truly looks up to the Pirate king and reveres him.
Julian has a soft spot for girls and will often flirt with them, as that is his style. However, when it comes to fighting , he is very focused and very attentive. Julian is often considered a strategist and can come up with complex battle plans. He does think, cook and read. Cooking is a way for Julian to connect with his dead mother who he missed dearly. He can get violent rather easy if someone provokes him. It is his greatest flaw.

Special Abilities:
1. Medium level strength: He is not monstrous in terms of strength, but at least enough to break down wooden doors and such.
2. Great Speed: His crowning Jewel is his speed. He is only slightly faster than Archon and can run extremely great sprints.
3.Weapon mastery: Julian is able to wield his weapon extremely well, as if he synched with it. He can do many tricks and skills with it as well.
4. Cook: He can cook extremely well and makes many dishes of many varieties, he can also hunt too, a by product of his training in his island.

Learned Technique

1. Tundra: This involves julian planting his spear into the ground which spreads and freezes everything within a 3 mile radius
2. Ice Nails: He flings his weapon foward sending sharp ice projectiles at his enemies. these can impale people and cause severe damage.
3. Ice defence: By using his spear he can twirl it foward and create a ice barrier. However, the spear must come into contact with the ground for this to happen.
