Description: The sword is a scimitar of the type in the picture, but with a few notable differences. Firstly, the pommel of the sword is shaped like a dragon's head, and the blade itself has a blue hue. In addition, the crossguard is of a silvery black color.

Weapon special abilities: The scimitar has absorbed the Tenki Tenki No Mi, granting its wielder the ability to control the weather. In addition to this, the blade is of great craftsmanship, rivaling the O Wazamono grade swords in the quality of the blade. As such, it not only contains the power to command the weather, it is also highly resistant to all forms of damage and is very sharp.

History: The Stormcaller is an ancient blade, having been passed down through tribes in various islands with an artifact level reverence. No one knows who created the weapon, or when it was granted its powers of weather control, but it has lied abandoned in the a shrine to the gods of a long gone tribe. However, the stories of its power have not quite faded, and the blade has found its way into new hands, impressive even in a world where the devil fruit is to be an expected occurrence in the brass of the law enforcement.
