Atlantis War Arc; NW Pirate crews (Under construction)

Here is a list of the NPC crews, from the New World, coming to find the Oro Jackson. Everyone is free to use some of those, but please, pm me first so we wont have 2-3 people using the same crew/char ok ?

1. "Serpent Eye" Pirates. (Independant crew)
