Normal Form - Albert towers over much of the competition, which is no surprise, considering he’s a giant. He stands at a great 30 feet tall weighing around 7 tons. His skin, oddly enough, is a strange shade of light green similar to mint. To say he is buff would be an understatement, he has hands large enough to hold a grown man in his palm. He wears no upper body clothing, and prefers loose fitting material pants designed for ease of movement. His boots have been tipped with steel plating, although because of his size, these plates resemble the hull of a ship. His hair is a dark brown color and grows to his shoulders in length.

Snake Form - Nothing too special, he’s just a 30 foot long, 7 ton rattlesnake with a diamond scale pattern on his back. His clothes temporarily vanish in this form, reappearing when he reverts to normal.

Hybrid - Albert’s legs merge into a long snake tail and he increases in size to 90 feet long and 14 tons. His skin is replaced with scales and he gains a set of poisonous fangs. His pants and boots vanish in this form, reappearing when he reverts to normal form. His back is covered in a diamond scale pattern and the tip of his tail has a rattle.

History: For as long as he can remember, Albert has always loved fighting. Whether it be for honor, glory, or just to relieve some pent up aggression. Unfortunately, being a giant meant there was rarely anyone around worthy of providing a decent challenge. The only time he managed to get any real fun was when he was battling fellow Giants, but after a few decades, even they got bored of his constant requests and stopped accepting his challenges. He was about to go insane with boredom until he heard of a tournament occurring that would bestow a grand prize worth millions to the champion. Normally, the tournament was secret and by invitation only, but his reputation about love for battle had apparently garnered the attention of those who ran the show. It was either go to the tournament or continue wasting away with no one to challenge him. The choice was easy, and he was already on his way without even bothering to pack for the trip.

He grinned with manic glee when he located the tournament and saw all the challengers. Some were giants like he expected, others were humans. He even spotted the odd Fishman or two lurking in the shadows. As he waited for the tournament to begin, he watched as the one who organized the battles began to explain the rules of the competition. The matches would proceed until a single victor came out on top. The second place winner would receive a chest of 500,000 Belli as their reward. But the champion would receive…. A devil fruit, worth millions to the right buyer. He watched as many of the fighters gazed with excitement and anticipation at the idea of owning a fruit, but he didn’t care about that. He was here for the battle, not the prizes. The tournament commenced and no sooner had he entered his matches, then he attacked with joyful exuberance which caught his opponents off guard. His first five matches were won in less than 10 seconds, but after that, his enemies started getting more cautious.

The tournament lasted for 7 full hours, and by the time it was nearly finished, Albert stood in the final round, exhausted, bruised, and bloody, but with an enormous grin from the fun he was having. His opponent, on the other hand, didn’t look so happy, and as the round began, Albert expected himself to lose in a final, exciting match. What actually happened, he still considers a grave insult to him even to this day. His opponent didn’t believe in the mystical powers of Devil Fruits, and rather than slug it out for some stupid piece of food, he threw the match in favor of the chest of money. Albert was badly injured compared to his opponent, but it only took 3 hits before he went down for the count. Albert was furious even as fans cheered for him and his championship prize was brought out to him. Instead of reveling in his victory, he almost proceeded to attack his opponent in a blind rage, forcing him to fight seriously. Unfortunately, due to his injuries, the security team was easily capable of holding him back, and he reluctantly took his prize and stormed away, gulping it down angrily as he left.

Later that night, he rested under a patch of trees to recover from his injuries and came upon an epiphany. Pirates were known to attract large bounties for their crimes, and large bounties meant powerful hunters and Marines came after them. That meant hard, exciting battles to take them down and or survive! If he couldn’t get people to fight him as a law abiding citizen, then he’d force them out of hiding. Sure, he may become a wanted man for the rest of his days, but at least he’d get to enjoy more battles, and decent ones too! He drifted off to sleep with a pleasant grin, deciding that’s what he’d do…. First thing after his injuries recovered, he’d become a pirate and earn the biggest bounty he could muster.

When he woke up the next morning, however, he gasped in shock when he discovered he was unable to feel his legs, and when he looked down, he saw he had no legs, but instead, a massive tail! The fruit was real, after all, and while he was startled at first, he eventually found it amusing. It took several hours, but he eventually figured out how to change back to his legs again, and as he stood up, he realized his new power would aid him with his goal, and he began to set out for the earliest transport ship to distant lands to begin his pirating career. His first actions as a pirate was to catch the attention of bounty hunters, and once he touched down in another island, he wasted no time in going about a rampage, smashing settlements, flinging villagers, crushing Marines, and eventually leveling an entire village to rubble, completely without any provocation. The survivors of the attack were dumbfounded as they watched him lumber off towards the next settlement, he gave only one order to them as he left. “Call the Bounty Hunters!” Before waving with a smile and vanishing into the horizon.

Personality: As long as Albert is currently engaged in battle, he is happy. Whether he wins or lose, as long as he gets to battle, he’s happy. When he’s not engaged in combat, Albert is usually jittery, anxious, and bored out of his mind.

Devil Fruit: Snake Snake Fruit, Model: Diamondback

effect: Enables the user to shift between their normal form, a Diamondback rattlesnake, and a hybrid at will, gaining incredible flexibility while in the snake and hybrid form. The user’s bite becomes poisonous and can kill within 30 rounds if an antidote is not administered, or if the poison is not extracted. Poison can be cured with common snake anti-venom used by doctors and clinics. The eater of this fruit is compelled to rattle their tail before every attack when in their transformed state, making surprise attacks almost impossible.

Special Abilities:

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25): Move will be learned later.

Death Rattle - By using this technique, Albert can turn his fruit’s weakness into a strength. By shaking his tail at high speeds and with great strength, he can create a nerve wracking, loud rattling to stun enemies long enough to attack.

Meteor Crash - Using his immense size and strength, Albert hoists an enemy high into the air and spikes them straight into the ground with enough force to leave a crater from the impact.

Battering Ram - A forceful, horizontal punch that is strong enough to penetrate reinforced doors and walls made of concrete or weaker material.

Epic Sendoff - Clasping his hands together, this double armed swing is designed to send enemies flying far into the horizon, or crashing into nearby obstacles. May not be as effective against fellow Giants or heavier opponents.

Snake Kiss - Not literally a kissing maneuver, Albert uses the poisonous fangs of his snake form to bite and intoxicate an opponent. Normally, the poison takes several hours for a calm and relaxed victim, but if they are constantly moving around or in mid battle, it can inflict paralysis and even death within 30 rounds.

Snake Pit - By using a super strong punch, Albert delivers a vertical dropping smash upon the victim’s head or body. Once the attack hits, it strikes with enough force to create a 20 foot deep, 5 foot wide pit on impact, hopefully sending the enemy crashing to the bottom. It can also be used to create traps ahead of time so the enemy falls in later.

Snake Grapple - When in snake or hybrid form, Albert coils himself around an opponent in an effort to restrain their movement and make them easier to hit.

Goals: Albert wants to experience the thrill of battle, and the exhilaration of defeating or being defeated by powerful enemies. To do this, he requires a very high bounty to attract the greatest challenges.
