Name: Nauticus Wyoming (The Disfigured)
Age: 28
Bounty: 19,000,000
Species: Fishman, goblin shark
Occupation: Captain / Slaver
Allegiance: Pirate
Home Village/Ocean: Grandline, Shabondy Archipelago
Appearance: Being a goblin shark, Nauticus is a very hideous fishman, even without the burns disfiguring him. His nose is long and broad, shaped like a dagger’s blade and his mouth juts out into a maw with razor sharp teeth that, if knocked out, regenerate stronger than the previous set. All the skin from his neck up to his head has been severely burned by an explosion, so he usually keeps it covered in medicinally soaked bandages when on land. The rest of his body is covered in scars, although nowhere near as bad as his face. His skin is a copper red color and in the center of his chest looks to be where a tattoo was ripped off, indicated by a skin graft covering the wound. This was originally where his slave brand was seared before he carved it out of his body. He stands at 11 feet tall and possesses a brutish physique, resembling a champion one might see in those strongman competitions.
History: Nauticus is a monster because all his life he has been treated as one. Originally born to one of the handfuls of Fishmen families who dared to live so close to Shabondy, Nauticus was discovered at the young age of 4, resulting in his capture by slave traders and sold to the Tenryuubito as a physical labor slave. Unfortunately, because of his species and his hideous looks, the world noble treated him like dirt, and that would be considered an insult to dirt itself. He endured unspeakable mistreatment, and had he been a human, he certainly would have died from his weekly injuries. Instead, he managed to survive long enough to reach his adolescent years, and when he turned 16, he finally couldn’t stand it anymore. In a blind rage, he turned upon the trainer the noble had hired to beat him regularly and tore his throat out with his teeth, snapping the chain to his explosive collar and making a break for it. Unfortunately, he was unable to remove the actual collar in time and it detonated around his neck. Hearing that the Marine’s presence was weakest in the 4 blues, thanks to the area being relatively peaceful, he quickly headed in their direction, eventually settling down in East Blue while he recuperated from his injuries and planned his revenge.
Thanks to his constant torture and his species, he was able to withstand the explosion, but he was horribly burned from the neck up, causing permanent crippling to his gills. It is now difficult for him to breathe underwater, forcing him to take long or ragged gasps to draw in enough oxygen, as well as severely weakening his underwater battle skills. Being unable to fully return to his underwater homeland is one of the greatest crimes the world government has afflicted upon him in his opinion, and he is hell bent on paying them back 1,000 times over. Thankfully, the only real enemies he can expect to find underwater are sea monsters or fellow fishmen who should have little desire to fight him anyways.
Because of his damaged gills, Nauticus doesn't often travel in water for long periods of time. Although he can swim for several miles without rest, he quickly realized that without a reliable means of oxygen, he wouldn't be able to continue his crusade for very long. Ironically, he boarded and hijacked a kidnapper ship who was attempting to catch yet more Fishmen slaves, dispatching of the crew and feeding them to the sea kings lurking in the ocean. He claimed the ship for himself, a fairly decent sized vessel, given that it was created for transporting life cargo and converted it into a ship more suited to his needs. Of course, a ship this size would require a whole crew to operate, so if he didn't want to tow it around by a rope, his next order of business was to find a worthy crew to help him crush humanity. He decided that the best way to start earning himself a crew was to play upon the anger of recently freed slaves, and after painstakingly hauling his new ship like a horse through the sea, he rested on a kidnapper island and quickly set about freeing his fellow Fishmen prisoners, using the ship to help escort them to safety, but asking if any of them wished to remain and help with his rescue efforts. Obviously, many agreed to remain behind both as a token of thanks to their rescuer, and in a desire to free their fellow slaves in other territories. This was the birth of the Fishmen Crusaders, a crew of pirates dedicated to Nauticus' goals
Of course, few of the recently freed slaves were aware of just how deeply his hatred went, and eventually, he began to scare off his own crew with his ambitions. As crew members left to seek more peaceful, less psychotic captains or lifestyles, newer slaves were liberated and joined his cause. Eventually, spontaneously joining and leaving become a common occurrence for the crew, and Nauticus no longer cared if he was scaring off his own Nakama, at least they were freed, and he got to watch humanity crumble during his attacks.
Having been enslaved at such a young age, and growing up either on Shabondy or within the New World where the Tenryuubito live, Nauticus has never experienced human kindness and adamantly believes they are all vicious monsters who should be exterminated. He has taken up a crusade against humanity ever since his escape 8 years ago and has been liberating as many fishmen and mermaids as he can, while butchering any humans he can find, or forcing them into slavery for the fishmen and mermaid races
During his 8 years of carnage, he has been on the warpath, and managed to destroy 16 human settlements. He is classified as a terrorist as well as a pirate, and his disturbing cruelty towards humans has earned him a very high bounty, hoping someone will take the beast down before he causes anymore massacres.
Personality: To humans, he is cruel, tyrannical, and vindictive. Truly the embodiment of what the tenryuubito consider of his kind. To fellow merfolk, he is a blend of avenging hero, and misguided victim. He always tends to favor the advice of his fellow merfolk over that of a human’s regardless of who is the wiser choice, and never even thinks of listening to their side of a conflicting story, lest they be trying to swindle or manipulate his mind.
Ship: Wailing Maelstrom
Ship Flag: The cross bones have been replaced with two crossing fish, the one on the left is wearing a king’s crown while the one on the right is wearing a queen’s. The human skull in the middle is sealed within a cage, apparently representing humanity rotting in prison while fishmen rule the world.

Special Abilities:
Super Strength - Like all fishmen, he possesses 10 times the brute strength of a human equal to his size and physique, allowing him to perform incredibly powerful feats compared to the aforementioned race.
Berserker Mode - This is a rare ability possessed among Sea Kings and some merfolk (such as Arlong). When activated, the user flies into a barbaric frenzy, completely forgoing defense in exchange for offensive power. When activated, the user’s pupils shrink to pinpoint size, and their eyes often turn a bloody red color. They become immune to pain or fear, but it is extremely exhausting and can’t be activated for more than a few minutes or so before they tire out.
Retractable Jaws - Like a Goblin Shark, Nauticus' jaws can unhinge and extend forward when attempting to bite victims, increasing the range at which he can chomp.
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25): More attacks will be learned gradually through serious RP storylines.
Nose Kendo - Using the long, broad shape of his nose, Nauticus can ‘swordfight’ with his face, performing quick, swiping motions to slice or stab his victims.
Bloody Harvest - By using his Kusarigama, he first attempts to restrain his victim with the chain before slicing them with the Kama. The method in which he slices resembles a farmer harvesting crops.
Wrecking Ball - Slinging the weighted chain around at high speeds, Nauticus is able to smash through objects up to as strong as concrete by striking with the tip, where the weight is fastened.
Crashing Tide - This two stage attack involves flinging the weighted chain forward as it crashes into the victim in a straight path. Then, when the chain is sent back with a recoil, Nauticus quickly yanks on the chain hard, sending it slamming downward onto the victim. The attack is designed to replicate the tides washing in and out on a beach.
Fishman’s Retribution - This attack may not be one of his most brutal, but it certainly sends a message across. Nauticus flings the chain of his Kusarigama out and wraps it around his victim’s neck. He then proceeds to shout an order such as “Kneel, Sit, Bow, Down, est.” and yanks hard on the chain, sending the enemy crashing to the ground, usually face first. The victim is left in a position mimicking submission or worship with the chain acting like a leash, as if they were a slave.
Reaver Storm - Nauticus grips onto the chain and begins slinging the Kama around his head in a whirlwind. Anyone suicidal enough to try getting close to him will likely be slashed to ribbons by the spinning blade.
Feeding Frenzy - Once again, gripping the chain, Nauticus proceeds to sling the Kama end forward rapidly and with high speed, slicing, hacking, and rending his victims like a school of hungry sharks are descending upon them.
Weapons/Items:
Sea Reaver - Nauticus’ personal Kusarigama. It doesn’t have any special abilities outside of a normal version, but it was artistically designed to look unique for him. The blade is designed in a wave-like, undulating arc and carved from a large, sapphire gemstone The hand grip is carved from pure silver, giving it a pale, shining display . The chain is mechanically retractable, and the weight attached to the end is nearly the size of a human fist, made of steel and weighing around 40 lbs.
Goals: The extinction or at least the enslavement of humans, more specifically those belonging to the World Government.
