Name: Gen-Gen no Mi ( from Rantogen=X-Ray aka X-Ray X-Ray Fruit) Capabilities: It allows the user to create and manipulate X-Rays. The X-Rays can pass through bodies and the user can control the radiation of the X-Rays up to the point that they can burn anything they happen to pass through (Like Fire). Also, the user is able to see through things with the use of his X-Rays. The color of the X-Rays is orange. Type: Logia

You can't block against X-rays, can you? Don't you need lead or some other similar material to block X-rays? That means you can't defend yourself from this fruit.

well, the rays are visible so that they can be dodged and since most chars are created with supernatural strength, they will dodge the fast X-Ray. However, I can put the resistance if you want.

You have to make exceptions for those with slower reflexes... we don't all have supah fast characters. Plus, I'm pretty sure X-rays move pretty fast...

Then sure.
APPROVED for that purpose, but no player characters.
