Appearance: Ursula stands about 5'7 and weights 130 pounds. She has blue hair with a red bandana worn across her forehead. Ursula has a nice curvy muscular figure, but not enough for superhuman strength just to get by in the grand line. She wear a Navy coat with the word justice crossed from the back with a white shirt and blue jeans.
History: Ursula's orgins are unknown, but she was found on scrap island abandoned. One of the shipwrights, Poppy Walter, adopted Ursula as his daughter and raised her as his own. Ursula grew up in dock 7 where her father worked as a shipwright for the Galley-La Company. She learned everything about building ships from Poppy and the fellow shipwrights he worked with. Ursula even wanted to become a shipwright herself, but was often mocked for her being a girl. The only person who believed in her was Poppy wanted her to become his apprentice. At the age of 20, Ursula finally became a shipswright who carpenter skill became equal to Poppy's. The men grew jealous that a woman could work equal if not better than them. Poppy was proud despite the negative comments he got from his co workers. Poppy and Ursula decided that they should build a ship together, and quickly designed the blueprints for it. Poppy valued smaller and faster ships, while Ursula favored big and strong warships. They eventually made a compromise, and drew a ship with both of their designs. Then things turned for the worse when Ursula built a ship for a notorious group of pirates. The marines wasted no time investigating the docks. Pirates and marines both were known to buy ships from Water 7, but these marines have been chasing the pirates for weeks. Now the pirates had gotten away, because of their new ship was too fast. The marines angry and frustrated wanted to punish somebody. The workers of dock 7 wasted no time in blaming Ursula. Before they had a chance to arrest her, Poppy had secretly stowed Ursula upon a sailboat to get away. Then he gave her the blueprints to their ship, The Kraken. Ursula bid farewell to her father, and sailed away.
Personality: Ursula is a tomboy to point that people sometimes forget that she is a woman. She commands respect, and wants to be treated like "one of the boys". Ursula hates it when people underestimate her because she is a woman. Ursula dislikes things she considers too girly like flowers, dresses, and perfume. She perfers guns, cannons, and having fun partying. Ursula loves ships and thinks of them as treasures for every pirate. She especially treasures her blueprints for her dream ship, The Kraken
