Appearance: Jess stands 6' 3", thin yet muscular in build with pale skin, shoulder length straight black hair, and black eyes. She dresses light, in short shorts and a lime green tank top, and has scars all over. In particular her arms are covered with old burn scars. Clearly she is not to be meddled with, there's something paralyzingly scary about her presence.

History: Jess was raised on the sea by her Father, and since his death has taken over as Captain of The Black Dragon. She and her father had been very close, so his death has presented a major emotional obstacle for her to overcome. She never knew her Mother, who died when she was too young to remember. She always wanted to be a pirate, and so now is her chance. She's begun to recruit a crew for The Black Dragon, which will be known as The Razor Scales. Once recruited she has decided each member will know of the day she became a devil fruit user, as each member of the crew will take a burn from her firebreath to show their commitment. That was also the day her father died, getting stranded on that island meant that one had to kill the other to survive.

Personality: Jess is very determined and quiet, She is always careful about what she says when she does say something. She prefers to be the observer, but has a knack for knowing when she has to take action. As far as interactions with others, She tends to be cautious around others until they prove themselves trustworthy, thus her tendency to make few friends. But once someone has proven themselves trustworthy she is very loyal to them and would risk her life to save theirs.
