History: Mizaki grew up in Loguetown with his parents and from a young age he found him self fascinated with cooking. Mizaki's parents wanted him to grow up and join the Marines and be something great, while Mizaki would blow them off and try to learn more recipes. One day when Mizaki was 16 his parents came to him in the same spot he was every day in the kitchen. They told Mizaki he must give up on this silly fascination with cooking and become a marine, since they wanted to make their statement clear they told Mizaki that his food was just absolutely terrible anyways even though they found his food absolutely delicious. Mizaki stopped what he was doing at that moment and turned facing his parents with so much hatred in his eyes that they started to tremble, he walked over to his father kicking him as hard as he could in the gut to where his father doubled over in pain leaving his mother alone Mizaki went to his room. Mizaki packed all of his belongings and jumped on a raft headed for the one place he could think of, Baratie.
When Mizaki got to Baratie he talked to the head chef to see if he could work there, Mizaki was told to go make something in the kitchen and bring it to the head chef to see how good he was before getting hired. Mizaki grinned as he entered the kitchen seeing the vast amount of ingredients and tools anyone would ever need to cook. Mizaki started working on a dish he had started coming up with since he was 13, This dish took him a good thirty minutes to make and it looked amazing when done. He was proud of this dish it was a grilled Halibut steak with a small scoop of rice some salsa spread over the Halibut steak with three limes on a few small leaves of lettuce all on the plate. Mizaki took it to the head chefwho ate the dish and grinned at Mizaki. The head chef told Mizaki he could start working at Baratie anytime he wanted to. So with the trainiing Mizaki got as a child in Loguetown in fighting he punished all the people who said anything bad about his food and others thought his food was amazing. Mizaki still trains himself in training himself how to only fight with his legs since he doesn't want to damage his hands to where he cant cook.
Personality: Mizaki is a guy who can laugh and joke with all the others and isnt really any serious until something bad is said about his food. When someone says something bad about his food Mizaki will go all out to utterly destroy them.

Sniper Kick: When Mizaki kick's at an opponent he can zoom in on one specific part of their body and that's where the full force of the kick will go.
Flying Kick: Mizaki sends his foot to the jaw of an opponent knocking them straight into the air. (Usually used right before Heel Smash)
Heel Smash: Mizaki jumps as high as he can into the air after his opponent and slams his heel as hard as he can into the opponents gut or head sending them crashing down back to earth.
