Serious: Gary O Daniel's Death Approaches, One Last Challenge.

((Okay..this is my last attack any way..he can't fight for long..but he can cause massive damage in minutes...))

Gary's shock wave then began to slowly destroy the large flower inprisioning him. He looked over at Gael and gave off a very stern face. At that, he brought both his arms backwards and trusted them forward. Sending two cannon ball size shock waves toward Gael. This was Gary final attack and last test to see if Gael was a truly powerful pirate.

"Gura Double Cannon Fire!"

Gael could only throw his hand upward, sending a large, twisting tree into the air, spiraling, twisting, and molding into a thick, motionless shield in seconds. Gary's attack smashed into the tree unimpeded, and began to punch through it. However, about 90% of the way through, the attack lost momentum and dispersed. "Gary. Come on. If you won't give up at this point..." Gael leaned forward in a wide stance, crossing his arms and bringing his hands up near his head. "...I'll have to take you by force." Gael wound up, preparing to overwhelm Gary with vines if he didn't concede.

"...."

Gary then stopped his attack and took his fighting stance. He would never go down with out a fight. Gary then suddenly began sprinting in what it seemed to be Mid air. But amazingly, He had started to create small shock waves through his feet. Allowing him to run straight through the air as if he were on cement. He then quickly jumped and opened his hand to form a karate chop. He then through his arm forward and sliced right through the tree. Causing it to slice into two. The real danger had arisen. Gary was using his hands.

"..Now..The fight begins.."

((We can skip the rest of the battle or continue it until Saturday..I have no school tomorrow and I'm DONE WITH FINALS BABY! WOOT! So I'll have all day to RP tomorrow..))

Gael sighed. "As you say." Gael's arms shot across his body and into the air, mimicking the rising of a wall of writhing, choking vines. "Blot out the sun, crush the oppressor... the time has come for Gary to be retired from duty." The wave of vines crashed towards Gary, clutching, writhing, reaching. As if trying to wrap around him and drag him into the heart of the earth...

Gary, immobilized, and to tired to use his Devil Fruit power. Grinned and nodded. He had accepted defeat from his pirate. He then looked at Gael and smiled.

"...Looks like I'm Old news.."

((Hey, If I kill off Gary...can I use a different Devil Fruit? I was thinking Kage Kage no Mi...I really don't think I can fit him any were else...so I guess I'll just let him die off..))

Gael smiled as the vines closed in on Gary. He had won: the former Shichibukai had lost. Though… no reason the man should die, right? He didn’t do too many things that were bad… or particularly out of the ordinary in the way of crime. Gael’s vines crashed on Gary, wrapping around him and beginning to smother the air out of him, just enough to knock him unconscious. Gael quickly formulated a plan: Gary wouldn’t want to be known to die of old age, right? Well, then, why not make people believe that he had killed Gary? Gary would still be alive, people would think what he had wanted them to think, and if Gary wanted to go about and reveal he was alive, then he could. It was foolproof, except for the wildcard: Gary himself. Gael would wait until Gary was conscious, and then he’d talk with the man. For now: sedatives. It was possible the man would be too proud to listen at first. Slow and steady won the race, after all.
