Appearance: Average height around 5' 6", Shaggy, dirty blonde hair, with a black and red head band with symbols of the 4 aces on it, white tank top, and balck jeans, always having playing cards in his front pocket, with a scar on his arm from the marines
History: Kichiro lived with his father, "Four Aces" Fudo all his life,with his crew called the "Luck Drawn" Pirates known for there extreme luck with finding riches and getting away unscathed. And his father gave him a special Devil fruit when he was 8 years old, that he wanted him to eat, saying that it will give Kichiro great strength when he is gone, which was the Card Card fruit. He soon saw his father die by the hands of the Marines, on account fof the crimes he commited, and fled in fear after almost being killed himself, and has been stowing away on ships to the Grand Line, where he found a little town where he could perfect his abilities as well as earn money to live. He apparantly lives with an old woman who cares for him like a grandson. So far he works for her at a small tavern on one of the islands in the Grand Line, and in his spare time he plays card games with the bar patrons, which say he is the best card player in the tavern, unaware of Kichiro's abilities.
Unknown to Kichiro,his father had a terrifying secret that he didn't tell his crew or son...he was not actually a pirate in the first place. His father was a friend of the Marines, who had the task of being a double agent in the Pirate world, infiltrating the pirate life, and gain info on the most deadly pirates. Soon after his agreement, he found a crew,made the alter ego Fudo "Four Aces", went after treasure, and fought phoney fights with the Marines. Many months after he became a famous pirate, he had a son named Kichiro, who he looked after, protecting him from the harsh life he lead. He always said that he was a Pirate to Kichiro, andmade a new goal instead of being a fake pirate: To become a real one. Soon after his decision, Fudo fought real battles against the Marines, until one night when he was discussing his next strategy, he was confronted by the same Marine who hired him to infiltrate the Pirates, and shot him after saying, "You dissapoint all Marines everywhere!". The Luck Drawn Pirates (Fudo's crew) quickly became enraged trying to kill the Marine, after killing the captain and harming Kichiro as soon as he spotted him. Kichiro ran away before Fudo's last words, "Tell my son...I'm sorry..."
Kichiro still lives his life, trying to find the Marine who killed his father, still belieiving his dad was a pirate
Personality: A bit smug when it comes to playing card games especially with his game called "Seas of War" which is similar to the real game of War. A bit brash at times, but is really kind when he needs to be. Hides his feelings to feel more couragous
Ship: His father's ship was called the Card Cruiser

effect: can create vast amounts of playing cards from nowhere, with some attacks causing explosions via energy, can use them for ranged attacks, and slicing, as well as manipulating cards when not in that form

Kado Kado Rainstorm - When he shoots large amounts of his cards into the air and down to his foes (not learned yet)
Kado Kado Card Shooter - shooting out "card bullets" from his hand or hands, which 'explode' with aengery force
Kado Kado Kaboomer - SHoots out a slow moving card with acts like a hovering land mine, and when it comes into contact with anything, the card 'explodes' with energy force
Kado Kado Cutter - Covers his forearmsand use them as extra sharp swords made out of cards
Kado Kado Shield - Form cards into a strong shield
Kado Kado Whip - Shoots out a long row of connected cards and can wrap around objects and can retract and extend (not learned yet)
Weapons/Items: his throwing cards and a few smoke bombs
Goals: To become a great pirate and avenge his father's death
